The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and I loved being able to work out at the Y
My suite was extremely dark as there were only windows in the bedroom. The main living area had no natural light. I also couldn’t fully open my window shades as the room opposite looked straight in as did the walkway between the buildings. It was also extremely noisy at night as my bed was directly above the entrance to Sam Kendall’s.
I also didn’t like the room locking system - to have the code 0210 for room 210 is hardly secure.
The space is well worth the price.
Honestly nothing negative i can say..
Clean, and comfortable
Nothing
Amazing staff.
The location was very nice close to shops, restaurants, and event venue. Front desk attendant was very nice.
The room was very dark and has very sparse, uncomfortable furnishings. The TVs were difficult to manage. The lighting was dim and minimal and the bathroom had a horrible sink.
The location is great. Close to good and shopping. Right in the middle of town.
The carpet is old and dirty. The shower was full of mold.
Shower pressure
Everything was great. My brother likes to watch television and I prefer to read. The design of the room, one bedroom proper and one fold out in the living area, allowed each of us to enjoy our preference without fear of disturbing the other.
I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk was very nice. She patiently listened to me ramble on about a stained glass window I was looking for. Answered questions about possible places to look (I found it, by the way! 🤓)
We didn't eat breakfast there.
We were not familiar with the operation of the beds. Perhaps instructions would help those of us who aren't familiar.
Room
Everything was amazing
Quaint hotel and room was very comfortable
Only minor issues
They have Sleep Number beds; they don’t recline but nice to be able to set the comfort level.
