Need to do some maintenance-not my 1st stay here

Cons:

I booked in March -requested a first floor room. Was on 2nd floor
Walked into room-bathroom something sitting on shelf by sink. Was shelf from shower, no stopper in sink drain, just a hole, faucet leaked and water on the counter and floor every morning

Love the staff but the facility was lacking based off the posting.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly!

Cons:

The pool wasn’t working. I requested a king size room and got a queen. Breakfast was a 20 minute wait because the guy was doing everything. Waffle mix wasn’t available.

Pros:

Booked into RM 401 when we entered there were empty bottles a pizza box and the bed sheets were wrapped up in a pile. Then room 301 and the tv wouldn't work. Won't be staying at Hampton again.

We stayed at 3 different hotels on our trip and enjoyed this one the most.
Pros:

We needed an outlet on each side of the bed for our C-Pap machines. The front desk and manager were very accommodating in making that happen.

Cons:

We were moved to a handicap room and didn't realize the drapes opened with a push of a button so the rod came down. The manager got it fixed immediately.

staff at desk very helpful but the amenities not so good
Pros:

food was good

Cons:

no milk for 2 days and no orange juice for 3 days waffle iron was always filled with a waffle that stuck to it and toaster only one side worked so had to wait your turn

The mini fridge was not working and smelled like hot wires. The shower glass and closet mirror were dirty. Shoe prints in the shower. "Dribble" stains in front of toilet. Coffee stains on two tables.
