Cons:

The mini fridge was not working and smelled like hot wires. The shower glass and closet mirror were dirty. Shoe prints in the shower. "Dribble" stains in front of toilet. Coffee stains on two tables.

The bathroom and floor were dirty, and the tiles were falling off the wall at the entrance of the hotel.

Pros:

Location for traveling.

Cons:

Complete lack of respect from other people. It was completely unacceptable for children running down the hallways to dogs barking in other rooms at all hours of the night.

My stay was superb, I have no complaints, I will stay again.
Pros:

I always travel to Gutherie and every time I stay at this Hotel because the location is excellent and the hospitality and the facilities are great. I love the clean and well-kept surroundings.

Hotel did nothing to make ro next door be quiet

Cons:

Refrigerator didn’t work and guest in room next door very loud and ran up and down hall til after 3 am. Called front desk at 10:35 and notified them but nothing was ever done

Pros:

Location perfect for a night stay before heading to a geocache event in the morning. The check-in was great with a friendly, helpful person who made us smile! And the complementary water was so appreciated!
