I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The doors were out of service upon arrival. The bar / bistro were unavailable the entire weekend. The staff was not present on several instances. Overall it wasn’t a good stay. Parking was also not ideal. I did get lucky and found street parking in front of the hotel nightly.

Main problem is in breakfast, very uncomfortable for staff touch all food using his unwashed hands,

I would come back.
Pros:

Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Staff was exceptional.

Cons:

Rooms a little small but no big deal. The restaurants food was ok but there are so much better restaurants around Memphis.

Maid service sucks!
Pros:

The artistic feel of the hotel.

Cons:

The maid service. Never cleaned our room! Asked for clean towels and never brought them. My husband had to go downstairs a second time to get some from the front desk.

I think the hotel was old the food was not good they don't play the right type of music the staff will not courteous the room was not clean I paid for champagne for New Year's Eve I did not get it they said it going to be I don't want to refund I want what I ordered and paid for this hotel is horrible need to do a remodel or the rooms the restaurant food was not good at all the alcohol prices were way too high for water down drinks do better

Cons:

Said in booking came with breakfast but they said the restaurant was closed. Asked for price to be reduced to reflect no breakfast included was told they would check with manager and later was just told there was nothing they could do.

Pros:

The reception staff were great.

Cons:

Everywhere but the lobby could do with a facelift; it all looked very lived in. Our bedding had stains on it, but the rest of the room was clean and basic. Not sure we would stay again.

I was ok with the stay overall, for the $$'s.
Pros:

Accommodations, location, parking arrangements (especially being in an overall sketchy town). Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Couldn't close the blind (or it didn't extend fully) exposing our vanity area. We were on the first floor. Not so cool.
Water glasses on vanity were not clean (gross).
When we arrived, we were told the restaurant closes at 6:00. Made sense since it appeared occupancy was low to non-existent. We were going out for ribs anyway, but it made for kind of weird vibe.

Nice hotel for a a couple of nights.
Pros:

Clean, modern and nicely decorated. Close to main attractions.

Cons:

Walls were very thin- we could hear everything going on I the rooms around us and on the street. Parking was in a lot next to hotel and complicated set up for non USA phone numbers
