Everything was ok except for the phone not working and you can control the climate in the room.

Great experience, I would stay again!!
Pros:

Great location! I enjoyed waking up to breakfast and talking with the staff who were serving breakfast while waiting for my coffee!

Cons:

Not enough hand soap or clean towels

Terrible location, no garage. Shady parking lot next door. Unprofessional staff. Bathroom fan did not work, no hooks. Watered down shower gel. Outdated TVs. Not worth the price

Don’t get the breakfast option
Pros:

Hotel was nice

Cons:

Breakfast - the correspondence from Booking.com said breakfast was until 11am. It closed at 10am so we missed it on the first day. On the second day breakfast wasn’t available. On the 3rd day they were open but the vouchers were only worth $10 each. So for $60 we got 2 x $10 dollar vouchers.

From our room you could hear the lift constantly.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The doors were out of service upon arrival. The bar / bistro were unavailable the entire weekend. The staff was not present on several instances. Overall it wasn’t a good stay. Parking was also not ideal. I did get lucky and found street parking in front of the hotel nightly.

I would come back.
Pros:

Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Staff was exceptional.

Cons:

Rooms a little small but no big deal. The restaurants food was ok but there are so much better restaurants around Memphis.

Pros:

The artistic feel of the hotel.

Cons:

The maid service. Never cleaned our room! Asked for clean towels and never brought them. My husband had to go downstairs a second time to get some from the front desk.

I think the hotel was old the food was not good they don't play the right type of music the staff will not courteous the room was not clean I paid for champagne for New Year's Eve I did not get it they said it going to be I don't want to refund I want what I ordered and paid for this hotel is horrible need to do a remodel or the rooms the restaurant food was not good at all the alcohol prices were way too high for water down drinks do better
