駅から近くて一階にはコンビニも入っているので、とても便利で良かったです！
ただ、エレベーターやチェックイン機がちょっと面倒で､､､。チェックイン機は入力ミスしてもすぐスタッフさんが来てくれるので助かりましたが、あれだと結局スタッフさんの手間が省けないのではないかなと思いました。また、エレベーターですが『セキュリティを外してからお乗りください』というようなことだけ言われ、つい『はい』と言ってしまったもののやり方はさっぱり分からず､､､同じやり方のホテルに泊まったことがあったのでエレベーターに乗ってあたふたしてからやっと気づいて使えるようになりました。
使い方のわからない方が他にもいらっしゃったので手助けしましたが、せめてセキュリティ解除のやり方を最初に教えてもらえていたらなぁと思いました。

チェックインが非常に煩雑。手書きの方がよっぽど良い。宿泊の前後にどこに滞在するかをなぜ知らせないといけないかわからない。宿泊階に行くのにカードキーをエレベーター内でタッチが必要なことの説明かなかった。ベッド、アメニティ他施設は非常に満足だっただけに残念だった。

Pros:

部屋は清潔でスペースも十分に確保できる広さがあり、使い勝手が良かった。
線路側の部屋だったので窓から電車も見えて子供は楽しかったようです。
朝食会場もとても綺麗で落ち着く感じでした。
どのメニューもたいへん美味しく、レベルが高かったです。
少し残念だったのは自動チェックイン機が手間取り時間がかかったのと、スタッフの挨拶があまり聞こえてこなかったことです。

The hotel is nice and clean, very close to a meteo station and has a 7-eleven downstairs, overall great, only complain,bed was very small for 3 people (wife and son), and at the website says the room is for 3.

他のホテル以上に曜日、日程など客室稼働率を反映した料金の変動が大きい。大井町駅すぐなのに、こんなに安いのは何か理由があるに違いないと覚悟して泊まった。確かに部屋は狭いし、ホテルの基本性能の目安である給湯能力は貧弱だが、それ以外に特段の不具合は見受けられなかった。東京のホテル代金高騰の昨今、一人１万円を切るようなら、きわめてコスパが高い。

館内案内がTVのモニターでしかみられないとの説明がなかったため、わざわざフロントまで行って初めて聞いた。一般的ではないのでチェックイン時に説明して欲しかった。チェックイン機がそうとう手間がかかる。喫煙所に行くのにわざわざ着替えが必要。不便なことが多く不快。
