El colchón estaba notablemente hundido hacia abajo y era incómodo.

The staff spoke very little English which was disappointing on arrival as we were unsure how to check in. Secondly, we booked a 3 person bedroom however, on arrival to the room there was only a double bed and a sleep set on the ground. This sleeping set meant that one person had to sleep on the ground with no mattress and just a thin sheet and blanket. This was not advertised correctly or shown in pictures what the sleeping set was. Completely unacceptable sleeping conditions

I am writing to formally complain about a recent hotel booking made through your platform, Connext Residence Phuket. I was due to stay here from the 8th-13th January. The property was significantly misrepresented in the online listing and did not meet the standards advertised.

Upon arrival, we were immediately extremely disappointed and upset by the condition of the hotel, to the extent that we did not stay there at all. There was no one present at reception on arrival, and we were required to call a telephone number and wait approximately 10 minutes for a receptionist to attend. This was both inconvenient and unprofessional.

Furthermore, the facilities advertised online were inaccurate. The hotel listing stated that there was a gym available; however, no gym exists at the property. The swimming pool was also in poor condition and not as presented in the photos or description.

When we viewed the room, the bed was rock hard and clearly not of acceptable quality. Windows were built up with junk and the receptions put our bags in an old shopping trolley to wheel them to the room. Given that we paid £219.53 GBP for this stay, the overall experience was far below reasonable expectations and did not reflect the images or amenities advertised on your website.

Due to the above issues and the misleading nature of the listing, we felt we had no choice but to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for this booking as we did not want to start our holiday in Thailand this was.

I would appreciate your prompt investigation into this matter and confirmation of the refund process. I have always trusted Booking.com when making reservations, and I hope this issue can be resolved fairly and swiftly.

It was terrible

Ce n’est pas du tout conforme aux photos.La chambre est vielle et le lit est très dur. Il aurait été préférable de signaler la caution sur booking afin que les clients puissent s’organiser en conséquence.

Nous avons été choqués en découvrant notre chambre : la porte était grande ouverte à notre arrivée, ce qui a fait entrer de nombreux moustiques. La chambre ne possède pas de fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, uniquement une qui donne sur le couloir de l’hôtel. Les chambres ne sont absolument pas isolées : on entend tout, mais vraiment tout – les pas, les conversations dans les autres chambres, les portes qui claquent… Et le pire, ce sont les ouvriers qui réparaient une chambre et jetaient tout au sol. Impossible de se reposer, même pas 30 secondes.

La télévision ne fonctionne pas, la cuvette était sale… Et pour couronner le tout, le prix de la nuit est de 5600 bahts ! C’est vraiment excessif pour cet hôtel et ces chambres! Très très déçus !

Beds where hard, and pillow option not so nice. Otherwise Ok. Stayed 11 nights.

You had to pay to use the Gym. I wish I would've known prior.

No tenía suficientes cortinas para evitar la entrada de luz, tenía unos plásticos tapando una ventana. Las sábanas estaban bastante viejas y rotas. El colchón era muyyy duro.
