Nice and clean, could have done with a better view like promoted on the website, we were propped in the end of the hall furthest from the sea.
My wife and i booked to have a mini getaway, to our dismay we were woken up early Sunday morning by the speakers or event at the Hotel. This is absolutely unacceptable, the reason we booked the hotel was to have a mini break away in peace as parents of toddlers. Unfortunately this ruined our stay.
Hotel and room was beautiful. The bed and pillows was so comfortable, had the best sleep. Bathroom was neat and tidy. Room service was great as well.
Not a smart TV and a bar fridge would be more ideal for rooms

The hotel is quite run down. It needs better maintenance
Went there beforehand and asked the staff to do something special for a honeymoon night and they refused. Stating they stopped doing it as 'roses are hard to come by'. I could literally walk across the road and buy a bunch... Anyway. Did same at a Blouberg Hotel a while ago, and at no extra cost there were petals in the room, chocolates, bubbly and treats.
All very neat just the lace curtains can be washed otherwise all perfect and maybe a washing machine other then that everything is perfect

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were good. It was great being right on the marina. Parking was plentiful and convenient. We appreciated being able to take advantage of the Scuba intro deal.
We were right on the pool deck and it was noisy in the evenings - loud music was being played even when no one was there.
Very minor: there was a couple of bad smells that we briefly experienced in our room and the safe was broken. The "cocktail lounge" only serves premix.
