Pros:

A quick getaway at an affordable price with beautiful views in a tranquil setting. Room was tastefully decorated with a nice size bathroom.

Cons:

The hotel did not have halaal facilities, we wanted to order room service and was told that the chef does not work weekends. Pillows were not very comfortable, but we made do.

I had a fantastic stay at Krystal Beach Hotel with my family. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to D, Monique, and Ondela, and Daniel who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Knowing that we were travelling with our 2-year-old son, D kindly upgraded us to a more suitable room, as our original room had stairs. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference and showed genuine care for our family's comfort and safety.

The professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding customer service provided by the entire team truly exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed that I have already made arrangements with D for my next stay.

I highly recommend Krystal Beach Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would—this hotel deserves 10 stars!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Krystal Beach Hotel.
Pros:

Our stay at Krystal Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The unit we stayed in was spacious and a highlight was that the kids had their own separate area which made our stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, modern, and stocked with all the necessary toiletries.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wonderful variety of both hot and continental options. There was something to suit everyone's taste, and everything was fresh and well prepared.

The spectacular sea view from our unit was the icing on the cake. Waking up to such a beautiful view each morning made our stay even more memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Krystal Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Gordon's Bay. We look forward to visiting again.

Cons:

While we had an overall enjoyable stay at Krystal Beach Hotel, there were a few areas where the guest experience could be improved.

Although the reception staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in, we were disappointed that we were not given any information about the hotel's facilities. No one pointed out where the swimming pool or gym was located, nor were we informed about the other amenities and activities available at the hotel. We only discovered by chance that there was a spa on the property, which would have been a lovely addition to our stay had we known about it sooner.

A brief orientation at check-in or an overview of the hotel's facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience and help visitors make the most of everything the hotel has to offer.
