I had the best time of my life

The breakfast was good but it has a lot of candy that can close up one's appetite quickly

Was my first time using booking.com. Was not a very nice experience even though it was expensive
Cons:

Booking.com should have confirmed with hotel regarding the extra bed, but they did not. Causing me paying a very steep price for a bad night's sleep. I requested an additional bed for my small daughter from Booking.com, my request was approved by Booking.com but according to the hotel staff the request was never received. We slept extremely uncomfortably having to share a small bed for 3 people. They did not serve us breakfast as the booking was no meals according to the staff but it said B&B. Wifi is very poor quality

No Invoice After Multiple Requests – Very Poor Business Service
Pros:

I stayed at Krystal Beach Hotel during a business trip.

At check-in the reception took a photocopy of my business card which clearly shows my company name and tax number, because I requested a company invoice.

At check-out they could not find the copy and took another photocopy again. I was told that the invoice would be prepared and sent by email.

After returning home I sent two follow-up emails, but there has been no response at all.

Now, two days later, I received an automated email asking me to rate the hotel on TripAdvisor, while my invoice is still missing.

For business travellers this is extremely disappointing. A simple invoice request should not take multiple reminders and still remain unanswered.

Poor administrative service.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück am Morgen. Am Abend saßen wir auf der Terrasse des Hotels und wollten etwas bestellen. Es war das beste und preiswerteste Abendessen in unserem bisherigen Südafrika Urlaub. Wahnsinnig gut! Eine absolute Empfehlung auch die Abendkarte, die täglich wechselt, auszuprobieren.

Cons:

Das WLAN im Zimmer war leider nicht stabil, man flog ständig aus dem Netz. Die Seaview im gebuchten Zimmer mit Balkon war leider so lala, mit Blick auf den Parkplatz und dahinter der Hafen. Leider wurden keine Stühle auf dem Balkon zur Verfügung qestellt, sodass wir ihn nicht wie erhofft nutzen konnten.
