Pros:

Jolie chambre avec superbe vue sur Russel Square. Bel écran de TV.
Personnel à l’accueil très serviable.
Petit déjeuner varié et bon dans l’ensemble.

Cons:

La chambre, jolie, était très petite. Pas de place pour les valises.
La salle du petit déjeuner fait un peu réfectoire austère et on ne peut choisir sa place. 20€ pour le petit déjeuner quand on paie sur place c’est un peu cher.

From arrival to departure all staff are friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Dayang on reception who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome despite being so busy

A localização é excelente. O serviço de quarto é impecável. Tudo bem limpo e as facilidades sempre disponíveis e repostas (sabões, chá, açúcar, papéis, toalhas - nada falta). Secador de cabelo potente.

Pros:

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel for the third time and we simply think it is the best choice for exploring London. The location is superb, you can explore the city on foot (if you like walking), otherwise the underground is just a few steps away. The rooms are clean, all the hotel staff are extremely friendly - they always greet you with a smile, wish you a good day, ask if you need anything... You also have tea and coffee in the room, the coffee is excellent! When we are in London again, we will come back ❤️.
