de kamer geen airco en de ramen konden niet open waren te zwaar personeel moest helpen om de te openen, het eten in het restaurant was zeer slecht, mijn rump steak was zeer taai, de zalmburgers van mijn vrouw waren smakeloos en de aardappelen waren niet gaar, ook de tafel naast ons hat dezelfde klachten, we hadden geen ontbijt geboekt, maar schrokken van de de kosten E 25 per persoon, hoorden we later bij het uitchecken,

Pros:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers und des Bades sowie die Aussicht auf die Förde - einmalig. Überhaupt der ganze Komplex hat mir architektonisch sehr gefallen. Super Design. Ich habe im Restaurant auch sehr gut gegessen.

Wir haben wohl einen schlechten Moment erwischt.
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes großes Zimmer. Hotel befand sich in zentraler Lage mit Sicht auf die Flensburger Förde. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Durch die großen Fensterflächen heizte sie sich das Zimmer bei 28° Außentemperatur und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung sehr schnell auf. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht. Lüften war selten möglich, da unser Zimmer zur Straßenseite lag und es sehr laut war.
Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir einen kleinen Lüfter, der für den großen Raum nicht ausreichend war. Somit war es die ganze Zeit über sehr heiß und stickig.
Bei der Vorbereitung des Zimmers achtete man nicht darauf, dass Pflegeprodukte bereits aufgebraucht und Behälter leer waren.

Poor value for money
Pros:

A nice hotel with a good location, but unfortunately, the facilities and product do not match the price. Breakfast at €25 is rather average with filter coffee from a thermos, dry bread, and hard-boiled eggs. You can find a significantly better, cheaper, and more pleasant breakfast only a few minutes' walk from the hotel (Lille Lykke on Norderstraße 109, for instance, or its bigger sister on Große Straße – to die for!). Furthermore, the lack of AC leaves the rooms unbearably hot during warmer periods, as opening the windows at night is not a realistic option due to heavy traffic and courtyard noise. On top of that, there are no facilities to make a cup of coffee or tea in the room, which is pretty much standard nowadays. Really nice property, but poor value for money.

Nu am primit camera pe care am rezervat-o.Am primit o camera la.care nu era foarte usor de ajuns,practic daca nu faceai parte din staff ,nu reuseai sa o gasesti
