Pros:

Não é a primeira vez que fico no hotel, sua localizaçao é excelente na avenida JK, próximo dos principais pontos de referência da cidade. O café da manhã é bom, com razoável variedade. O quarto também é confortável e a equipe educada e prestativa.

Cons:

Dois pontos podem ser melhoras. No café ter um aviso de que fazem tapioca a pedido, pois não há essa informação. Segundo, o chuveiro a energia solar deixa a desejar, a noite em um dia chuvoso simplesmente não esquenta.

As instalações são boas.

Cons:

O café da manhã não foi bem servido. Tinha pouca variedade, muita gente e a reposição muito lenta. Faltou café, pão, queijo e não tinha lugares suficientes para sentar.

O hotel em geral parece não ter manutenção,o sistema solar não funciona,fiquei mais de uma semana tomando banho na água fria,em nenhum dos quartos a água esquentava,não tem serviço de quarto.

Não há reposição de sabonetes. Não tinha toalha de rosto. Não foi realizada a limpeza do quarto (tinha resíduos de outros hóspedes).
Foi esquecida uma camisa branca em cima da cama e a equipe se mostrou omissa quando entramos em contato.
