Great comfy and quiet stay, will come back!
Pros:

I absolutely loved the roof deck and pools, one for the rise morning swim the other oriented towards the sunset. The room was comfortable and bed very good. The check in with staff was very pleasant and quick.

Cons:

The balcony could have been great but the next door room opens up directly adjacent to the balcony door, creating lack of privacy. Sadly I don’t think it can be improved. Everything else was great! Even the view from the balcony.

An excellent stay for a relaxing few days.
Pros:

Great location near but not on the beach, next to a great supermarket and à training field with basketball courts. Had decent gym and great pools on top floor. Had a tea and coffee station on 3rd floor at certain times. Great and friendly staff too. Room was good size with great amenities. I even had a little balcony!

It was all really good!

Quitaron dentro del buffet de la mañana, el queso cottage, soy cliente de años de fiesta americana y no puedo creer que en los desayunos no tengan esa opcion.

Ottima posizione, colazione da evitare, water con qualche problema (in alcune camere).
Pros:

Ottima posizione e buon rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Cons:

In alcune camere (ne abbiamo cambiate due causa allungamento soggiorno) il water non funziona bene.
Gym non molto attrezzata e non molto pulita.
Colazione non molto buona. Ci sono molti bar vicini con ottimi prezzi.

A week of cold showers

Location was great

Cons:

We spent a week here (Dec 24–31, 2025) with a family of 5 and it was an absolute disaster. We paid a premium price but received sub-standard facilities and zero support. For 6 out of 7 days, we had freezing cold showers with almost no water pressure.

​The rooms are dated, have no fridges, and the layout is bizarre (the sink is in the middle of the bedroom). Most frustrating was the management; we complained daily and were met with empty nods and total inaction. It took 2 days just to get a room change, and then the hot water failed in the second room, too. They eventually just started ignoring us, We’ve traveled to 20+ countries, and this was easily the worst service we’ve encountered.
