We love the traditional feel of the hotel. Conveniently located, friendly staff and comfortable beds
Cons:

The hotel is a little dated - we have been coming since many years and have not seen any major updates or renovations. As much as we like to "traditional" style, I think the hotel could use an update.

Another fabulous stay - a lovely hotel
Pros:

As regular patrons, we like the friendly staff, good service, good rooms (we recommend the garden wing, with patio) and the ambience. Brekky is never a let-down, staff almost over-attentive, and great variety. We 'use' Palazzo to access the great shows at Teatro and Pieter Torein. You get safe exit and re-entry to the hotel from Montecasino, a boon.

Cons:

There's nothing we don't like, but after 3 previous comments on weak WiFi in the garden wing, it really DOES need attention! We also were pleased to see a maintenance team busy caulking skirting, and so forth. There are lots of door handles and locksets needing some care, attention, and polish throughout; only fitting to match aesthetics with the great service levels.
