Great trip and a only a small walk into montecasino for plenty of restaurant
Cockroaches in room. One below bed and 2 in the bathroom. I got a room change because of this. New room did not have bedside lamp in working condition and door not in working condition I also was not given a proper receipt for my stay and it’s been 2 days and I go to a hold for over 10 mins from an international call. I cannot imagine any other hotel of such stature not picking up a telephone line after more than a few seconds on an IVR. I am calling on their published numbers It’s pathetic service for such a nice property

I stayed for one night with my two daughters 8 and 4 year old. We totally love the hotel and look forward to an even longer stay with you. Amazing facilities and friendly staff
We booked a deluxe room because it had an outside space. The room was dark with poor lighting making it virtually impossible for my wife to do her makeup or for me to shave. We had to continually ask for items that were complimentary to be put in the room ( tea, coffee etc). The front of house were bordering on rude and the guy Elliot in charge of customer services was a complete liar, which led to a stressful time. The place is in need of decoration and updating as it’s supposed to be a top quality establishment. The tv was dated and could not be tuned in properly with no menu or any way to find out what programs were playing. The outside seating area gave a lovely view of the gardens ( that are magnificent) but the table and chairs were never cleaned. The pool area and all the outside spaces are lovely and probably the best features of the hotel. Some positives but overall disappointing. Photos showing poor quality tv , the lines are all over the screen and broken light that was supposed to have been fixed .
