It was an excellent experience. We would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Our stay at the Palazzo at Montecasino was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are luxurious and comfortable, and the staff were warm, professional and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh, high-quality food, and the location with direct access to Montecasino made everything incredibly convenient.

Cons:

There was very little to fault during our stay.
The only issue was with our late checkout. We had requested it in advance, and it was arranged and confirmed the night before. However, after returning from shopping, we found that our room key had been deactivated and we were locked out of the room. Better communication between staff regarding confirmed late checkouts would help avoid this. Despite this, the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout.

Didn’t end up going as I had some staff going before me and they moved out with in couple of days as this hotel was a disaster, not clean

Friendly helpfully staff

Cons:

Pillows were not firm.
Mattress was terrible.
And it needs to be pushed up against the headboard or else pillows fall inbetween the mattress and headboard.


Carpets or something needs to be changed in the hallway walking towards rooms as there is this stuffy odour .

Palazzo Problems...
Pros:

Location and staff

Cons:

First hotel room (501) had leak from the bathroom and the bathroom didn't smell clean. The shower had very distinct urine smell. We then informed staff and moved to room 267 which were more noisy and the shower also had urine smell. The fact that none of the 2 rooms had a Smart TV meant that we couldn't get to watch sports (Wimbledon, Rugby, Soccer) which was disappointing.

Um hotel maravilhoso e cinematográfico, excelente para lazer, mas com internet ruim
Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso e tem uma atmosfera realmente incrível. As refeições, o quarto e todo o ambiente parecem saídos de um filme, de tão bonitos e bem cuidados. Além disso, a localização é muito boa e, no geral, a experiência foi excelente.

Cons:

O principal ponto negativo foi a internet, que não funcionou bem na maioria dos dias. Além disso, a TV não é smart e tem poucos canais, o que pode incomodar em uma estadia mais longa. Recomendo muito para lazer, mas para quem precisa trabalhar durante a viagem, talvez não seja a melhor escolha.

Very average stay for the price

Easy access to Monte casino and pretty gardens

Cons:

The WiFi was bad and I had work to do,I felt for the price you should have access to Netflix like a lot of other hotels offer. The satellite didn’t offer many channels. I had a very scary incident with the hairdryer that had been damaged and had exposed wires and when I switched it on it sparked and flames and sparks came out and almost caught fire to the carpet and blew out the tv and the wall plug sparked and shot out flame.I told the hotel and they didn’t offer a discount or seem to care very much.

Not too happy and Not Comfortable
Pros:

The staff were swift to answer the requests online via the chat

Cons:

The guest indicated that the room was ice cold on arrival and immediately made the entry to the stay unpleasant
Additionally, for the amount of money spent at your establishment, versus the other establishments we have used and paid for, a still water and biltong request was going to be charged to us. Other establishment have included small snack requests.
