Cons:

It was an amazing place.

Cons:

The fact that we paid so much and the TV did not work in the room. We were told they had DSTV issues at reception, but nobody bothered to tell us when we checked in that the particular room we were in, had a TV that did not work.

The experience is NOT worth R4600!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly. The room service menu wasn't too bad. The breakfast was okay...not as grand as their counter part (The Palace in Sun City).

Cons:

More towels in the room (why would you only have 2 bath towels and two hand towels and 1 floor mat?? . Actual face towels would've been good. Bath robes (gowns) would've been good. The sink doesn't drain water fast enough. Complimentary water and biscuits or something to accompany the tea station would've been good. Tvs that have streaming apps would be good. The wifi was not fast. The wall plugs dont hold the 2 pin charging sockets... they fall off unless you balance them on something. The rooms are not sound proof (room 221)... you hear alot of what's happening outside (people laughing and doors banging)

Pros:

The room was lovely and super comfy bed, breakfast spread is always very tasty and the pool is great too.

Cons:

Breakfast service was slow - not offered hot drinks or asked about the hot food order on our first morning so we missed out on that and after our room was cleaned, all towels were taken from the room (including hand towels and bath mat) and not replaced which we had to chase a few times before this was rectified.
