A Good Option
Pros:

Pros: Friendly staff and clean room. Large TV. Appreciate breakfast until 10. Cans: Disappointed no bottled water and bed was uncomfortable.

Lamps were very weird. They look like they were purchased at a yard sale. The globe was annoyingly large. The bulkiness took away for nightstand space.

Exceptional!
Pros:

The entire staff was fantastic! Extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. This was the second time that we stayed here and will stay nowhere else if we can help it.

Very clean and comfortable
Pros:

We have stayed at Hampton Inns in several cities, and we found this one to be as clean or cleaner than any Hampton in which we have stayed. We enjoyed the fitness room which had more equipment than some hotels. The king bed, pillows, and comforter were very comfortable, and we slept very well. The flooring in the bathroom was so clean that I thought it was new. When I mentioned that to the front desk staff, I learned that the flooring was 10 years old and would be replaced soon! I also learned that the person who cleaned that room has been working there over 30 years, and one of the front desk clerks has been there over 20 years. That says a lot about the management of this hotel as well as the pride the employees take in doing a great job. I would recommend this Hampton to anyone visiting the Summerville area.

Clean and modern facilities. The staff was AMAZING and beyond kind. I came into town early and my room was already ready for me. Check in was smooth. Breakfast and wifi were good and included in price. 10/10 stay.

This hotel and staff are amazing!
Pros:

Driving up to their flower lined entrance and walking in to a welcoming and beautiful lobby was a great way to start. The room was oversized, super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with multiple offerings and Barbara was a delight to talk with as was every staff member we spoke to. Having a nice shopping plaza across the street and restaurants within walking distance was a plus! This would be our go—to hotel of choice if we are ever in Summerville again.

Hidden gem
Pros:

Nice location in the middle of Summerville. The hotel is located on a busy street with other hotels but convenient to the highway, gas station, and shopping. Rooms are typical of Hampton Inns. Rooms are old and sound proofing isn’t the best but hotel staff really tries to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel was decorated on the first floor. Employees throughout the hotel were nice and helpful especially at the front desk and at breakfast.
