The front desk girl extremely rude, racist , and unprofessional. Minorities beware! She’s says black ppl make her nervous 😳😱😑

Stayed here for the Bills game, and it was great. A bit far from the stadium, so needed to call an Uber, but that’s not the hotels fault. Nice breakfast too!
