Alright for a few nights
Pros:

After complaining the room was very well (!) cleaned. Nice to be able to take hot and cold mineral water. Room 1 is really spacious, also for 2 persons. Close to Chinatown, Padang Kota, and the bridge to the other side of the river.
20' walk to the Fast ferry to the Mentawai Islands.

Cons:

Only a cold shower - whereas the boiler could be just plugged in by the staff (!) and - possibly? - give us the hot shower we longed for...
