Pros:

The room was terrible, the bed was untidy,. The fitted sheet was small for the bed the mattress (old mattress) was sticking out. It was as if no one came to check the room was okay and ready for check in.. The linen looking tired even though it was clean. The bathroom door was broken. No mat in the bathroom.

Don't do it at springbok inn , much better options

Location is great but venue peace is none

Is a Sunday night had half the hotel on my side party until 02:00 am with no help from staff to control the situation, had made multiple calls but nothing helped , I was part of a small group , they only give attention to the biggest group at hotel , worst experience i have ever had in springbok

The female staff can be a bit more friendly. Greet and smile 😊

Perfect, however the staff neglects to fill the empty bameries and filter coffee flasks even though breakfast is till 10. I got there at 9
