房价比我们预定时降了一百多元人民币一间，订单原定是不可取消和不能退款，但bookin说g同意退款，前提是需要酒店同意取消，并发一封邮件给booking。当我到了酒店时，前提说同意取消订单，但拒绝发邮件，还叫重新订有，支付双重房租，还不断在错误的引导，以致搞来搞去白白浪费了我将近两个小时。把我当傻子玩了一会，生气之下，我也懒得理论，就这样给酒店骗了一会，我们两个房间多花了二百多元。
