Disapointing
Pros:

Location, 24hour reception

Cons:

I arrived after midnight & entered a dirty mouldy room. I wanted to take a shower and found that my towel is dirty with stains. I had to replace it at reception... the room doesnt come cheap and I only had a few hours of sleep before hitting the road again... disapointing

FOOD WAS WELL. EXCELLENT AND STAFF HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

Cons:

THERE IS NO SHOWER DOOR. BATHROOM WET AFTER SHOWER. BATHROOM DOOR DAMAGE DUE TO ALL THE WATER.

Loved it! We’ll definitely visit again
Pros:

The staff were exceptional!!! Helpful, accommodating and welcoming. It’s a hotel, but with a homely feel.

Cons:

Lots of steps which makes accessibility difficult for elderly people.

We will not go to Springbok Inn again.
Pros:

Beds were okay. Daily new water was very welcome

Cons:

Dining room very noisy. Multitude of cats was a big nuisance. No electicity point near wash basin. Corridors were not clean.

A Springbok showdown.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No hot water to shower with over our two day stay. Reported it on the first morning. Shortage of towels was also inconvenient. Annoying beeping of an alarm close to our room. Guests from Cosmos Tours were rude towards staff and other guests. They felt that they were entitled to being served first as a result of them having booked 3 months ago. Apart from other ugly incidents!

For the price, it was average
Pros:

The room was clean and equipped with what we needed for our short stay.

Cons:

The restaurant at the hotel was very poor. We decided to not stay after seeing many negative reviews. We also connected to the free and "fast" wifi given to us by the accommodation as our own reception was barely working. And while we understand we are in a small town, the wifi ended up being worse than our own reception. We could not access anything online, and ended up needing to leave early as we were required to get work completed while we enjoyed our stay, but due to this, we were unable to.
