Good value for money, but very poor sound proofing of rooms.

Good Location. Good service. Good Price

Cons:

Absolutely NO sound proofing. Could hear the whole of Nelspruit while trying to sleep. Front gate bell/button doesn't work (confirmed with lady at reception)..... waited 20 minutes and phoned for someone to open
