A comfortable stay. Pleasant staff but they require training. Hotel operations need to be improved.
Cons:

Had to wait at reception to be checked in (although our accommodation was prepaid) as there was only one person in attendance and was busy. Took about 10 minutes to receive the keys.
The towels in the room were only being placed around 4pm. Check-in time is 2pm. We checked in around 4pm.
The operation of the bedroom air conditioner. Could not get a slow, steady air flow. Sleep function on the e remote control did not work.
The breakfast was fine but the breakfast service was poor. The staff do not understand how the à la carte menu pricing system works and I was asked to buy a voucher for a buffet breakfast from reception before I would be served. We were eventually provided with the à la carte option offer some chaos. Very poor for an hotel that’s been operating for 10 years.
Restaurant staff are well intentioned but seems like very poorly trained.
The background music in the restaurant borders on loud enough to be intrusive.

Pros:

The place is simply stunningly beautiful and homely in that it is not a gigantic hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the decor and bedroom were beautiful.

Air-conditioning not cooling
Cons:

Airconditioning didn't work. It was very hot. Though staff tried in vain to fix the issue. They also tried testing the aircon in another room so they could move us but the aircon was the same.

Pros:

I with my kids & they swem the whole day without interruption. There's plenty of spots to sit & relax like read a book with a glass of wine in a shaded area.

The space is super modern and cute. Esthetics are good. Amenities in rooms top notch.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay.
