Fun and a refreshing experience
Pros:

I loved the bar and how welcoming the staff was towards me, room was very spacious and I loved how comfortable the bed was

Cons:

The view, I really couldn't see the view properly and I had to have the blinds closed all the time because there was a seating area and people were always there

Poor hotel management
Pros:

The place was clean

Cons:

We couldn't sleep, the whole night until 5am, other clients were making noise, no one even bothered to implement noise control, drinking and singing and management didn't even bother doing anything about it, we had to wake up at 4am and check out because it was a night mare. The restaurant food takes years to get done, only for wrong orders to be brought through and they still made us pay even for the wrong food.

Pros:

I use to stay here in this hotel in past - I justo stopped because the Ac wasn’t good - and nothing was done in past to fix. I tried again to come here because apart of that everything was supper. Today I am happy that the AC system was fixed and the room was perfect to sleep- thanks for that - Chill pepper hotel is back again to my favorite list to stay
