Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter, werden selber wieder hinfahren mit Ziel Lü-Sternwarte
Pros:

Wohltuendes Frühstücks-Angebot. In manchen grossen Hotels hat es uns oft abgelöscht ob dem schieren Überangebot.
Der Manager hat selber ein prima Müesli gemacht und sehr aufmerksam die zweite Tasse Kaffee bereit gemacht.
Da wir grad in eine saisonbedingte Umstellung geraten sind, konnten wir von einem erfreulichen Upgrade (kostenlos) profitieren und haben so ein wunderbares Zimmer erhalten.

Cons:

Nur das Wetter und das Gelände am 28. Februar. Da wollten wir nämlich die angekündigte Planetenparade bestaunen (nach Sonnenuntergang tief im Westen). Das Gelände ist schon länger so. Vom Ofenpass aus konnte man einigermassen tief in den Westen schauen. Ob die Parade genau im Westen stattfand wissen wir nicht. Je nach dem wären da Berge im Weg gewesen. Der 28. Feb. war ein Samstag und die Auskunftstelle für die Sternwarte Lü geschlossen. Da hätten wir uns früher schlau machen sollen.
Für beides ist nicht das Hotel zuständig.

Obsluha na ubytovaní nebyla milá a při problému nechtěla komunikovat.

Gorgeous views, cozy room, delicious food - everything you need!
Pros:

The staff was very kind and accommodating, helping me navigate meals + driving in the area. I arrived late and the staff was still up to greet me + help me to my room. Parking was a breeze, wifi was great, and the views waking up from my room were absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was phenomenal as well, with a huge spread that was delicious. The room and beds were cozy and the heating worked well. High recommend!

Die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt. Der Speisesaal intim und speziell beleuchtet.

Cons:

Das Hotel war direkt an der Hauptstrasse aber die Lärmbelästigung war gering.

Pros:

Trotz verspäteter Anreise wurden wird noch herzlich empfangen und auch für unser leibliches Wohl wurde noch gesorgt. Insbesondere der Gastgeber/Eigentümer ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gerne wieder, aber das nächste Mal etwas länger!
Pros:

Die Lage am Ofenpass und am Rombach ist perfekt, der Gastgeber aufmerksam und freundlich und sowohl Nachtessen und Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen! Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Das Al Rom bietet einen gut ausgestatteten Velokeller, wo unsere Räder sicher untergebracht waren.
