Prachtig hotel en kamers, maar gastvrijheid in het hotel restaurant kan beter.

Cons:

Horeca was erg duur en de bediening was langzaam en deed niet erg hun best om verstaanbaar te zijn. Duurde lang voordat je werdt geholpen.

À éviter….si vous recherchez la tranquillité.

La vue.

Cons:

C’est un établissement pour les familles et non pour les couples.
C’est très bruyant ,les appartements n’ont pas de balcons,on se croirait en prison car il ne faut pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des mouches .De plus ,l’accès est très compliqué.

L'accueil est très souriant, le lieu est reposant et le logement spacieux et confortable. La décoration en bois est très cosy.

Cons:

Il était noté "kitchenette" dans la description, or il n'y a rien pour cuisiner. Seulement un micro onde et un frigo. Des assiettes mais aucun plat. Nous avions prévu de faire des repas dans la location, d'autant plus que seul le restaurant (cher) était ouvert sur site, mais à part acheter des plats micro-onde ou faire des salades en utilisant des couteaux à beurre.... Heureusement il y a un très sympa bar à Pintxos à 10min, Pablo Enea Jatetxea.
La prochaine fois je ferai plus attention au moment de réserver qu'il soit bien noté plaque/gaz.

ontbijt behoorlijk uitgebreid, met zeer verse producten.

Cons:

ondanks de vermelding op de site, bleek het zwembad EN het restaurant gesloten. We konden wel een maaltijd tegen betaling bestellen. Het werd aan de kamer gebracht en bleek vacuum ingepakt. Een maaltijd die we zelf in de micro-oven diende op te warmen. Was echter van goede kwaliteit.
