Magnifica
Pros:

Gostei muito da estadia, funcionários super simpáticos e prestáveis, quarto enorme com uma limpeza incrível, pequeno almoço divinal.
Não fica muito longe dos ponto mais turísticos da cidade.
É um hotel onde sem dúvida, gostava de voltar a passar uma noite.

Tutto Perfetto. Hotel bellissimo con colazione super abbondante e con una stanza grande dove al centro campeggiava una grande vasca per fare il bagno. La ragazza delle reception al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito spiegazioni precise di come andare al centro della città.

The room was modern clean bright and so quiet, breakfast was very good with everything you would expect, the location was very good straight down the hill to the Douro , but a long walk for someone with walking issues, but Ubers are so cheap and available this was not a problem for our group of 8
