Pros:

Красивое лобби, отель с хорошим ремонтом . В номере была утюжная доска и утюг,хороший фен. Удобная кровать

Cons:

К отелю это не имеет отношения. Это район Майнца ужасен. Грязь,наркоманы, психически больные люди везде. Очень неприятно и даже страшно выходить на улицу .
А в самом номере было холодно. Особенно в ванной комнате.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit top Frühstück und in prima Lage für Zugreisende!
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, aber dennoch ruhig. Im direkten Umfeld des Hotels fahren mehrere Bus- und Bahnlinien ab, mit denen man in kurzer Zeit in die Stadtmitte und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt.
Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Die Bar im Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und prima, wenn man den Abend noch ausklingen lassen möchte.

大満足
Pros:

駅からとても近くて便利でした。
スタッフの方も感じが良く、困り事がないか気遣ってくれました。朝食も綺麗な場所で、美味しかったです。

Sehr schön
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, trotz Bahnhofsnähe ist kein Lärm warzunehmen, das Frühstück war entsprechend meiner Erwartungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es ist überall sauber. Sehr schön eingerichtet, die Location im Chill Bereich und Speisesaal war im sehr schönen style, einladend

Cons:

In dem Zimmer war es uns einwenig zu kalt, das Bett müsste an der Wand angeschraubt werden weil während dem kuscheln das Bett und die Matratze darauf einen halben Meter verschoben war ;-)) und
2 Duschtücher mehr wäre super

Goed hotel met lekker ontbijt en vlakbij het station
Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijt, mooie kamer van gemiddelde grootte. Moderne badkamer met krachtige douche. Direct tegenover het station, maar geen last gehad van lawaai.

Cons:

De kraan in de badkamer drupte.
Personeel wist niks te vertellen over activiteiten in de stad (bv. of er een rondvaart mogelijk was), ze moesten dit googelen om vervolgens met de verkeerde informatie te komen (rondvaart vanaf Koblenz ipv Mainz). Wel vriendelijk personeel.

Zentrales Hotel für ein Wochenende in Mainz
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral, die Einrichtung modern. Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu fairen Preisen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück und das Personal während des Frühstücks.

Cons:

Leider war unser Badezimmer nicht so geputzt, wie es hätte sein sollen. Dass wir nachputzen mussten, hat natürlich ziemlich genervt. Uns wurde aber auch ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Das Personal am Empfang haben wir durchschnittlich freundlich wahrgenommen, da geht sicher mehr.

Great location, beautiful lobby and restaurant. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were a bit hard for my preference. The breakfast was not included and was expensive, however there are plenty of other options within walking distance.

快適な滞在であった。部屋は少し狭かったが，立地条件もよく，朝食も美味しかった。
今回，忘れ物に気が付き，ホテルに電話したところ，真夜中にもかかわらず，迅速に対応して頂き，直ちに回収ですることができた。フロントの皆さまには大変感謝します。

Cons:

毎日のタオル交換をお願いしていた。その通り毎日交換してくれたが，その種類，数量が正しくなく，しばしばフロントに申し出て，不足分をもらったことが残念でした。

Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit direkt am Bahnhof
Pros:

Ausgesprochen freundliches und bemühtes Personal.
Im Zimmer genügend Stauraum für alles, was man bei sich hat. Wasserkocher und Tassen, sowie Kaffee, Tee und Wasser vorhanden.
Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet in der schönen Restaurant-Veranda
Ganz ruhiges Zimmer trotz Bahnhofsnähe

Cons:

Leider nur zwei gleiche Kopfkissen, die gleichermaßen dick und wenig formbar waren.
Das Teewasser, das aus der Maschine kam, war nicht heiß genug
