Pros:

Lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Comfy bed and nice pool that has great shade in the afternoon!

Cons:

The location is a bit of a walk to beach/main strip but you definitely have plenty around you!

Canceled on arrival …. Didn’t feel the vibe
Pros:

Unfortunately we didn’t stay. We cancelled on arrival. I felt hotel wasn’t suited to us as a family of 5. The hotel is quite small.
However the receptionist was extremely helpful and understood our issue.

Cons:

I didn’t get a good vibe of location. Hotel felt dark and small. Pool very small and not enough sunlight if wanting to lay out in sun. Photos give a different impression.

A wonderful place to stay. This is our second time staying at the Akana and we will definitely retu.
Pros:

Love the location, pool, breakfast and lovely staff. Also enjoyed the lounges on the beach.

Cons:

The bikes the property supplied were all old and kept breaking: pedal and seat falling off, chain kept falling off, tyre jammed, seats ripped and very rusty - very old bikes in poor conditions edition. Comfy beds but very poor quality pillows.

Staff were outstanding couldent do enough for you. Always smiling and happy.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but would have liked more buffet type breakfast. There was a buffet but was limited.Had a chicke of a cooked breakfast also. Location of hotel was good.

Cons:

Better lighting particularly in Bathroom and perhaps a ceiling fan over the sink in the bathroom,

Pros:

we found the room was comfortable, perfectly suited our needs, it has the perfect width and working facilities. The room was well designed. I like the welcome message touch, was drafted nicely and explained everything we need to know.

Cons:

our room was facing the street, and right above the restaurant with live music, so we could not really had a quiet time between 11pm to 5am because other than music until 9.30, there were motorbikes and people taking loudly below.

Pros:

I loved it!! The staff is very friendly and they refill your water whenever you want to. After I checked out they let me use the outdoor shower and proved me a towel. Highly recommend. The beach is a 7 min walk and great spots for ford nearby walking distance too!

Great little hotel with a lovely designed open pool area.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a nice little pool area surrounded by amazing greenery. The room was so clean and spacious.

All the staff were so friendly and provided exceptional service. The morning breakfast provided was delicious.

Cons:

Only a minor noise complaint. Unfortunately the road in front of the hotel can be a little busy. If you are a light sleeper, I recommended booking the rooms towards the back/overlooking the pool area.

The staff completely makes up for the downside
Pros:

The pool was great and the staff amazing with our daughter. We felt very welcome even with an infant.

Cons:

Unfortunately we got a room that was damp and smelled at bit moldy. With a 5 month old baby we had let the staff know that we could not have her sleep under those conditions. The staff immediately moved us to a new room on the top floor which was much better and provided a humidifier.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Zimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten und schönem Bad. Kostenfreie Sonnenliegen und Schirme am Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. An einem Tag war ich nicht beim Frühstück da ich krank war. Es wurde telefonisch nachgefragt ob sie mir etwas aufs Zimmer bringen können.

Cons:

Kann das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen, da beim Frühstück ständig was fehlt und man es auffordern musste. Beispiel Teller, Besteck oder Saft Toast .Bilder laut Internet stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein
