Bad experience
Pros:

While the property was ok the fact that we had work men working on the roof above the open air bathroom on the first and again on the last day we were there made us feel “very” alarmed and uncomfortable,
While they provided a drink and snack as compensation on day 1 we were not able to use the toilet, bath or shower until after 6 pm. You would think that the room would be block and not booked when such things were booked in and rearranged their customers to other rooms??? . Everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager apologised but that did not change the fact that we paid for that premium room and could not use it. We could not be bothered to even complaint on our last full day when it happened again regardless of their promise that it would not happen again over our stay.
Because of all of this I would definitely not book this hotel again … location Is also not great

Pros:

Only stayed here for one night, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Rooms were really great and bathroom was also lovely. The pool and the restaurant were also a hit.

Exceptional staff made us feel like royalty. Thank you to all the staff and management.
Pros:

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay (my wife’s 40th) truly memorable. The pool was clean and cooling. The bathroom was tidy and fresh and the staff were amazing.

Cons:

Property shuttle was going to take too long. We found an alternative (with the help of wonderful staff).
