Me costó un disgusto.
Pros:

La situación en el centro, que es perfecta.
Desde aquí se va a todos los sitios céntricos. Está al lado de la catedral, de restaurantes y andando un poco accedes a muchos sitios.
En situación es un 10.

Cons:

El parking es muy malo y no vale lo que cobran, debería ser gratis y a mí me ha salido caro pues como cabe mal el coche y no se puede casi maniobrar y para aparcar tuve que hacer 20 maniobras, en una de ellas lo he rayado y aparte de los 30€ me costará un poco el arreglo. No aconsejo coger parking 🅿️ si no se tiene un mini o más pequeño.
La puerta de la habitación abre fatal y está muy oscuro, no tiene espejo grande para verse y falta TV en habitación.

Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn Ihnen Sauberkeit, gutes Internet und Erholung wichtig sind.

Nicht viel, die Lage war gut, aber das sind alle Standorte dort.

Vieles:

- Es ist viel kleiner, als dargestellt.
- Es müffelt sehr stark bzw. stinkt schon.
- Das Internet bricht dauernd ab und die Netzqualität vor Ort ist nicht gut, um es mit mobilen Daten auszugleichen.
- Man antwortet nicht über das Kontaktfenster und über WhatsApp sind die Antworten sehr frech bis bissig.
- Die Räume sind alle sehr hellhörig und man schläft dadurch schlechter.
- Böden & Türken knirschen sehr stark und zur Toilette gelangt man nur durchs Badezimmer.
- Das Bad wird komplett nass bei der Nutzung des Waschbeckens.
- Überall liegt noch etwas Restschmutz und man fühlt sich dadurch sehr unwohl.
- Ich würde diese Unterkunft unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen. Es hat ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis.
- Es gibt bei weitem viel bessere Unterkünfte für dieses Geld. Wir waren im viel teureren Sevilla für den selben Preis doppelt so gut untergekommen.
- Das TV-Gerät hat auch nicht funktioniert.

Schitterend appartement op goede locatie. Alles nodig voor een weekendje weg, verzorgde accomodatie.

Cons:

Spijtig genoeg een fout in communicatie: we hadden 6 weken op voorhand parking gereserveerd en de avond voor het verblijf werd ons gezegd dat we deze niet konden gebruiken. Dit was een minpuntje aan ons verblijf, voor de rest was alles ok. Zorg dus zeker dat je goed afspreekt als je een parking wilt.

Cómodo, céntrico pero espacio limitado

Cama confortable, ubicación ideal, aparcamiento propio por 15€ dia (estrechito pero suficiente). El espacio muy reducido. Teníamos cafetera, secador, el personal nos ofreció toallas, sábanas o gel extra. Había kit de limpieza y cocina básico para los primeros días.

Cons:

Solo había una sartén muy pequeña para cocinar. faltan utensilios de cocina.
El espacio muy reducido. un poco justo. Era una planta baja, poco ventilada pero muy fresquita, se agradece.
En general estuvimos a gusto!

Terrible customer service

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:
They sent me A LOT of messages to tell me to complete the Check in procedures (days before the day of arrival), even though I answered that I understood and I would complete it as soon as possible, they kept contacting me. I completed the registration as requested. On the day of arrival, I contacted them to ask for the check in codes to access the place, they didn’t answer my calls or messages for hours! (they answered 5 hours after, at 20:00PM).

The toilet smelled like humidity (there is no window or ventilation). One of the two window in the sleeping room doesn’t have curtains, so a lot of light enters in the morning.
