Great value, excellent location and a surprisingly comfortable stay for the right occasion
Pros:

Fantastic location right across from Coogee Beach and close to cafés and coastal walks. The room was clean, modern and much better than expected for a pub-style hotel, with a very comfortable bed and good bathroom amenities. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy.

Cons:

Being above a pub, it may not suit someone seeking a very quiet or early night. We were attending a concert, so it suited our plans perfectly and noise wasn’t an issue once the venue closed

We booked for the Coogee Bay Hotel, but were upgraded to the Boutique Hotel, which was a lovely surprise! The room (twin room for a girls weekend) was spacious, comfortable and clean. The whole facility was beautiful, nice smelling and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

There was nothing we didnt like, we were very impressed.

The Best Accommodation in Coogee
Pros:

This accomodation was by far our favourite during our stay in Sydney. The room was HUGE for 2 people. It was modern, well decorated and most importantly clean. The bathroom was also a nice surprise in size too. Although we didn’t have the best view from our balcony, we would absolutely stay here again. Walking distance to everything you need, the best location to be in for Coogee.

loud, you won’t get to sleep or stay asleep

clean room, great look, nice bed (you won’t sleep in)

Cons:

If you are coming here to party and don’t expect to sleep then this is the place. The room on Coogee bay Road is simply the loudest hotel room i’ve ever stayed in. You can’t sleep there. Insane noise from pub then nightclub then street machine cleaners going up and down. i had zero sleep.

Rooms were a little on the small side and there stairs to second floor certainly give you exercise as there is no lift in the old section.

Great Coogee Bay stay
Pros:

Huge, lovely clean and comfortable room with outstanding views from the balcony.

Relaxed vibe, very lively surroundings (on Australia Day - altho music stopped at midnight) but that was all part of the enjoyment.

Coogee Bay beach just steps away as were a huge choice of places to eat and drink and it was so relaxing to sit on the comfy chairs on the balcony and look out at the ocean.

Friendly, helpful, reception staff.

No lift to 2nd floor
