高級感は無いが家族旅行には適していると思います。部屋数が多く、ビュッフェには大混雑で、中々落ち着いて食事出来ないが、周りの家族グループでは喜んで食事されているようでした。外国人スタッフがかなり多いのでさが、大変丁寧に対応してもらったと思っています。携帯電波がつながりにくいです。あいにくの天気でしたので、楽しみにしていた五色沼の散策ができませんでした

裏磐梯レイクリゾートは最高！！

久し振りの裏磐梯旅行でした。宿泊施設は迷わず「裏磐梯レイクリゾート」に決定！！
スタッフの親切丁寧さに感激し、部屋を含めて施設内の清潔さは抜群でゆったり二泊三日を過ごせました。

毎年スキーで利用しています。
食事は、ビュッフェでしたが、連泊してもメニューが変わり配慮されていました。
食後、部屋にコーヒーを持ち帰れると良いと思います。

雪が多すぎて屋根からの落雪の危険があり、露天風呂が使用中止となったのが残念でした。
宿泊者用のちょっと近い駐車場がいつも埋まっていて停められませんでした。

The room was on the top floor overlooking the lake but the trees blocked most of the view. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. It would have been good to have smaller pillows available in the room. I ended up rolling up a towel to make a smaller pillow. Meals were included in the stay and there was plenty of variety.

Only real bummer is that I think I left my Prescription Progressive Glasses in the room and can't get anyone to pick up the phones & check!

The best thing about the entire stay was the water pressure in the shower head. The decor is very dated. The living room area couch and chair smelled very musty. So bad I couldn't sit there long do to my allergies. My nose and eyes were actually burning from the smell. The buffet had a wide variety of items. It was good for what it is. If we ate more Japanese cuisine it would have been great.

自然を満喫するには最高でした。スタッフの方々も丁寧で気持ちの良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。シャトルバスの運行も次回来る時の参考になりました。
あとは、イベントをやっているのですが、これは参加した方がいいです。私は赤ベコの模様付けと五色沼早朝散歩に参加しました。赤べこはお土産になるし、早朝散歩は昼間には聴けない野鳥の声や鏡面の沼から立ち昇るモヤなどに出会えて最高でした。
またこの季節に訪問したいと思います。
