コスパはいいと思います
Pros:

JR二日市駅から徒歩５分もないくらい好立地でした
二日市駅は博多駅からも20分程度で、福岡市内のホテルが取れないときは代替として十分だと思います
ホテルに大浴場はないですが、近くに日帰り温泉もあり楽しめるところです

福岡市内のホテル料金の高騰のあおりで、少しお値段が高くなってました...

Pros:

出張やプライベートでよく利用させて頂いてます。
あくまで個人的な印象ですが、
建物は古く、メンテナンスもあまりされていないという印象です。寝具やリネンも清潔感があるとは言い切れない印象です。
フロントの対応はそれなりなのですが、出入りの際は必ず鍵を預けなければならず、防犯面の対応という意味では良いのでしょうが、面倒な印象も受けます。
大宰府から近く、二日市駅へのアクセスも便利なのが唯一のメリットだと思います。
総合的にも、コスパ的にも決しておススメしません。
まあ、この地域にほかにホテルがないので、仕方なく利用させて頂いているといったところでしょうか。

エレベータのないホテルが珍しい～
Pros:

駅降りてすぐのところだったので、大変便利だった、

Cons:

まずチェックインが２階のカウンターにあり行くのにエレベーター常備してない為、階段で大きな荷物を持って一苦労した、部屋がまた上階にあり階段のみ、廊下全体が薄暗い、部屋のドアーが４０年以上前のカギ穴式、部屋も狭小、思わずキャンセルしようかと？ベッドもゼミダブルの割には昔サイズか小さい、今回は宿泊価格で決めましたが、後悔してます。
