A truly heartwarming stay in the Dolomites

Dear Mirjam, Oskar, and the entire Hotel Gardenazza family,

We would like to express our sincerest thanks to you.

The four nights we spent at your beautiful hotel have become one of the most unforgettable and heartwarming memories of our trip.

Choosing the half-board option was truly one of the best decisions we made. Every dinner was full of delightful surprises, especially the two beautiful and unforgettable traditional Ladin evenings, which allowed us to feel the unique culture and warmth of this place. In every dish, we could feel Chef Oskar’s care, creativity, and passion.

We were also deeply touched by the service and attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the room arrangements to the daily care, and especially Mirjam’s warm and attentive hospitality, everything made us feel comfortable and at ease. Every time we returned to the hotel, it felt like coming back to a warm home.

It is truly hard for us to leave today.

Thank you once again, dear Mirjam and Oskar, for your wonderful hospitality. Your warmth, dedication, and passion are what give Hotel Gardenazza its soul.

Such exceptional hospitality. We were greeted and treated warmly with such consideration. We were served with fabulous four course meal every evening. Fantastic job to all team and staff. Will definitely be back if we ever visit the area again.

Vrhunska hrana v osrčju Dolomitov
Pros:

Samopostrežni zajtrk je bil okusen in raznolik. Večerje so bile izredno dobre - tri- / ali štirihodni meni vrhunskih jedi. Že zaradi tega je hotel vreden obiska! Soba je bila prijetno velika in lepo opremljena z veliko lesa. Vse je zelo čisto in novo, kopalnica s tušem je lepa in funkcionalna. Osebje je zelo prijazno. Lokacija je prijetna, primerna kot izhodišče za pohode v tem delu Dolomitov.

Cons:

Za hojo v hribe je zajtrk nekoliko pozno (7:30). V sobah, ki gledajo na cesto, je ponoči okno težko imeti odprto, ker je hrup prevelik. Soba nima klime in hladilnika. Namizno vino je precej drago (20€ / 0.5L, junij 2026).

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und hat meine Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt!

Eigentümer und Personal sind äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das gesamte Hotel (innen wie aussen) ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die gesamten Lebensmittel die verwendet werden (Frühstück wie Abendessen) sind ausgezeichnet! Komme gerne wieder!

Zelo prijazen sprejem na recepciji, čiste sobe, vse deluje novo, moderno urejeni prostori, nadgradili so mi iz enoposteljne sobe v dvoposteljno, brez doplačila. Imela sem še balkon z mizo, dvema stolicama, neverjeten razgled iz sobe, zajtrk v prijetnem prostoru, označena miza poimensko pri zajtrku, zastonj parking tik ob hotelu.

Pros:

Er was een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en het avondeten is zeker ook aan te raden. er is een menu waar je je in de ochtend voor kan aanmelden om die dag er te eten. Heel lekker. De gastheer en vrouw zijn super aardig en heel behulpzaam. Ze kunnen helpen met waar de ski's te huren en welke liften je het beste vanuit het hotel kan nemen. en er is een gezellig barretje waar je s'middags lekker wat kan drinken en eventueel een spelletje kan spelen.

Excellent place! Family run hotel, very attentive host, exceptional 4 course exclusive dinners with local ingredients. Extremely nice waiting staff. Homemade beer. Room was not huge, but very comfy and cute. Hotel also has a small wellness and sauna. Special night with drinks and pizza. Location is handy, close by to skiing slopes, reachable by frequently run hotel shuttle, opening you many options within Alta Badia resort and connected Sella Ronda without taking your skis off. Must be fun also for summer hiking. Glad we stayed there;-)
