Travelodge Manchester Salford Quays

Excellent experience during our family stay. We were welcomed with a warm, happy greeting from Izzy on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Izzy explained what we needed to know about the hotel and directed us on locations where we wanted to visit during our stay in Manchester. She’s a credit to the hotel!
The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was lovely too.
Thank you for a wonderful stay we will surely visit again soon.

I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my time away . The location is perfect for me for visiting family and nearby to transport links and restaurants and bars . The price of the rooms was very reasonable and there is a secure car park to leave vehicles overnight.

Arrived on business and straight away greeted by reception staff with a big smile and friendly attitude. It was nice and quiet and I had a double room that was clean. I found all the staff I came into contact with very friendly and more than happy to help with anything asked. Food was good value for money and really delicious. Location was perfect for where I needed to be and not far from other attractions locally.

Just want to say how amazing Izzy is , always greets me whether coming or going with an infectious smile and elite customer service!!!

This one is close to the Metrolink and the Quays and it was clean, well maintained and staff were helpful. It was also a lower price than other Travelodges in the Manchester area.

Night 1, I was disturbed by the housekeeper who stated that she wanted to make the bed that day. I told her I had just checked in the previous night and was still getting ready. She came back 30 minutes later, being very pushy, asking when I was going to leave the room so she could make the bed. I told her I had the right to stay in the room as long as I wanted and that it was just my first night in.

She came back and slid a paper or whatever under the door. It was such an uncomfortable situation, especially knowing from the website and the check-in information that I wasn't meant to be disturbed until night 6 for housekeeping service.

I also experienced non-working heating, and it is January 😭, and a cracking floor. I noticed the bedsheets had some marks on them, and some of the leaflets in the room were dirty, either from previous guests or reused.

Mel was absolutely excellent, very friendly and provided grate service all round. Staff greeted us with a smile and it made me want to book in again, I'm definitely recommending to friends and family.

A lovely clean hotel with nice bar and restaurant. Staff are so welcoming and food is very good for the price. Easy reach of Manchester Piccadilly and just nearby the Lowry centre. Well worth a stay here

Good location. Fresh feeling rooms. Lovely staff especially Izzy on reception. Only issue I had was outwith their control. Booked online and then booked breakfast but no option to just choose 2 breakfasts out if 3 night stay. Central customer service wouldn’t refund one. In future I won’t book breakfast in advance.

I stayed here from Sunday to Friday for Work. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. That includes every single staff member that I met but specifically to Izzy who welcomed me every morning for breakfast and the other Staff members at reception Who helped me so much on my first day. The room was comfortable and easy to adjust the temperature. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and the coffee was good. The location was also fantastic. There was a handy Tesco’s just down the road and a McDonald’s across the way. It was five minutes away from my venue and just across the road from the Quays.
Overall, I would recommend this place for anybody visiting the Salford Quays

Stopped here for 3 nights. It's been a while since we stopped in a travelodge and ww were verry happy with our stay. Perfectly placed for our visit which included a visit to the Imperial War Museum, Old Trafford Stadium and a performance at the Lowry. The room was small but had every thing we needed and was spotlessly clean . All the staff we met were really helpful and friendly but a special mention to Izzie who could not have been more welcoming when we checked in. We would definitely stop again especially at the price. We didn't do it this time but it's a short walk to the tram stops where you can quickly get a tram to the city centre, Trafford Centre or even the Co Op arena.

Everything I needed for a one night stay in Salford! Polite staff, clean rooms, lovely breakfast, well worth the money to save on my commute.

Perfect - clean, friendly helpful staff particularly Izzy. Easy parking. Quiet, yet bar open late if you need. Good breakfast. Short walk from media city tram - 15 mins max into Piccadilly gardens 😃💜👍🏼

I visited Salford Quays for business and socialising. The car park is convenient and safe, and there's a useful discount if you pay in reception. The receptionist was lovely and the room, although small, was clean and comfortable. I will definitely, stay here again.

The high score is mainly for exceptionally lovely staff. They were all so pleasant and helpful with a special mention to Izzy on reception…123 As the cost of our stay was very reasonable, the night was worth the price paid.

A one night stay. Easy check-in and car parking nearby. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, it is easy to see that everything has been renewed or refurbished.
Breakfast was excellent, with staff on hand to see that all items were refreshed in good time. Pleasant, airy, eating area.
Would stay again without hesitation
