Pros:

Pas au niveau de ses étoiles , mauvaise indication du parking,repas à l’extérieur a17degres.store jardin sale,entree et dessert ne correspondant à sa renommée aucun choix de vin au verre, petit déjeuné prévu à 7h30 pas pris car pas prêt ,problème de correction avec la personne du matin. Point positive chambre très correcte.Ville morte.

Pros:

On se croirait aux temps anciens. On s'attend à rencontrer une femme en crinoline..Ceci dit c'est très agréable. Le lit y est d'une grande qualité ce qui est assez rare dans les hôtels. Le restaurant est très sélect et les plats recherchés. Seul défaut : le parking est riquiqui et on en sort avec peine en marche arrière pour aboutir dans une rue étroite...

Nous n' étions même pas encore entrés dans le parking privatif de L " hôtel que l'on nous apostrophait sur l" heure de départ le lendemain matin et ce , par la soi disante la responsable en CHEF autoproclamée de l'établissement , accueil d' un 4 étoiles.....

Très bien. Hôtel calme et cosy, avec un personnel sympathique et attentif. Le restaurant est également très bien.

Pros:

Nette amélioration au niveau du service.Personnel jeune et dynamique avec un bon potentiel.Petit problème concernant l’isolation phonique des chambres mais dans l’ensemble un bon rapport prix / qualité.

Wonderful stop over
Pros:

We arrived late and harrassed at this hotel, squeezing the car into the last parking bay. It was hard to find and we had driven round Montlucon several times. We needed just what we got. A fantastic French bedroom with a crown over the bed. Lovely shower room with everthing we needed. Separate loo. We then went down to a typical top class restaurant and enjoyed a delightful dinner. Everything we needed to soothe us and make us upbeat once more. Expensive but it deserved to be.

Nearly very good, but not quite
Pros:

A very pretty hotel and a nice room, all round a good experience, but with just a few things that detracted from the stay being excellent. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, but the shower head would not stay upright and the wash basin was too high to be easily used by my wife. We ate outside in the garden, which was great, but the food was not as good as the menu made it sound. Th staff were reasonably friendly, although somewhat aloof. So all in all it could have been better.
