The location is great. It's near everything in downtown Split. Even though you are near a busy area the room was quiet. I recommend their shakshuka for breakfast.
The location is fantastic.
The rooms are cost and comfortable
Some Air conditioning issues on the the second floor. But we were moved to another room.
I would like to give this hotel a better review, Most were helpful, in particular Betty, Antonio and waiter Matej P, but after my stay a sour incident occurred. First, it is well-located right on the hotel strip fronted by the bay and walkway. They give a free breakfast, but unlike most, it's not a buffet, instead offering several items from a menu. What was bothersome was that we are limited to two drinks: an orange juice and coffee or two coffees, and you have to ask for milk (seemingly unheard of). There is an inside dining area, with most guests choosing outside tables that were alongside similar eating facilities at other establishments up and down the strip. Their menu was fine and I ate there once, as the prices were a bit higher than many others in the vicinity. Now, for the bad part. When I got to my next destination I checked my bank seeing the hotel charged $11.79 in addition. I called, reacting to their email indicating it was for 2 beers taken from the minibar, which I had not. There was no argument in rebuttal and it was agreed it was a mistake and a refund would come in over a week. It took eleven days. Why, I asked, couldn’t they just issue an immediate credit, as my previous hotel in Dubrovnik had done when I pointed a mistake to the desk clerk. Their machine was not equipped to do so (is this really so?) They assigned it for approval to their accountant and then to a firm called Worldline before I received my refund. So be careful before you go,
Excellent breakfast, great location . Staff were helpful but reception was unmanned for large parts of the day. Room OK but small. Nice bathroom and shower.
Electrics in the room dreadful. Air con was set far too warm on a really hot day and they ask you not to adjust it. We had a difficult nights sleep - just too hot.
No easily accessible plug sockets for charging phones etc.
TV didn't work at all until a member of staff came to help and even then it was a very old system with limited choice.
Fantastic location. Room was lovely, really clean. Good air conditioning.
Reception was not attended all the time. We had to go looking for a receptionist when we needed something
Emplacement,proximité vielle ville. Très animé
T’as
Bra frokost.
DO NOT STAY HERE. We are absolutely not happy with our stay at hotel Adriana. First I confirmed a crib would be placed in my room months ago and we get here and no crib. Asked multiple times and SEVERAL hours later we finally received a crib. Hours passed when my child should have been in bed. The rooms are filthy, not clean at all and oh don’t forget the WORM I found in my salad at the hotel restaurant. My brothers room also had a broken AC unit. I would give this place negative stars if I could
The room was a very good size on the 2nd floor facing the harbor. I was expecting more noise given the busy Ferry docks were close by, but that didn’t occur. Has both an indoor and outdoor restaurant and bar. The plus is, this is an old building and has AC and an elevator.
The hotel is right by the Riva and the location couldn’t be any better. The bathroom seems to have undergone some sort of an upgrade, at least it looks new and clean. Water is hot enough and water pressure is also good for showering. There is also a lift to the upper floors, which was useful.
The hotel felt more like a B&B. There is no “lobby” and the reception is right by the door. Room furnishings was rather old fashioned and although there is a small safe box, it didn’t work. The TV is not a smart TV (it has some setup box) and I gave up trying to turn it on to watch shows. There are no spare power outlets and I had to use the only one for the bedside lamp. Service was a hit and miss. Breakfast is a sit-down affair (not buffet type) and although there were several waiters in the morning, I gave up waving to them after 10 minutes and had to walk up to ask for just the breakfast menu. However, once you have their attention, service was fast and the food was good and filling. Although Split is generally expensive, I felt that for the price paid, the overall value for money wasn’t high.
L'emplacement est super, à côté de la gare, et du centre historique
La chambre était très sommaire, un travail sur l'éclairage serait apprécié.
It was very close to bus station, port, old square is walking distance
the staff are very rude, unbothered, breakfast was inedible - the hollandaise sauce was lumpy, one waiter even said “kitchen is not open for breakfast” and it was past 7am the breakfast time. the only person who was very helpful and kind to me was Antonio at reception). Views are nice but like many of the reviews here, not worth the amount of money you pay with the attitude most of the staff give you.
