Very friendly staff especially the bell boy Anar. Main attractions are located at the 4th floor of property.
An absolutely luxurious, super clean, and organized hotel. The views are breathtaking, perfect for pure relaxation and peace. A very special thanks to Anar for his amazing help, extreme kindness, and excellent service.

1. Room is spacious with terrace and lake view
2. Staff is good and corporative
3. Breakfast is good and clean. (Indian/Pakistani cuisine is recommended to add in cuisine)
1. I think they should have swimming pool.
2. There should be smart TV in rooms because all activities and parks closed at 7pm, and TV in room shows Azerbaijan local channels.
3. Bathroom has hand shower leakage, secondly there is hot water in bathroom but it's so hot that it is difficult to make it comfortable to use
Our stay was beyond expectations, the hotel was beautiful with great vibes, we were warmly welcomed by both Anars, our lake‑view room was stunning, the food was delicious, and the location offered direct access to the cable car, mountain coaster, and breathtaking scenery.
