مكان الإقامة خيالية و سط الطبيعة ولكن بجوارها بحيرةً ( ضفادع ) للأسف كانت مزعجة خاصةً آخر الليل

A memorable stay, calm and peaceful.
Pros:

One of the most scenic resorts, sitting in the middle of lush green beautiful mountains. The staff was courteous, rooms were clean, breakfast- amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate our booking related requests. It was a retreat in real sense, calm and peaceful.

Pros:

This is a beautiful, modern, and very clean hotel with a perfect location and amazing views. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh.
What made our stay truly special was the hospitality. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
We want to give a special thanks to Haci from the SPA and Anar from Guest Relations. They are absolute professionals—extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

Peaceful, relaxing and romantic.
Pros:

They gave us early check - in. Especially Mr. Zahid at the reception was very helpful. Breath taking views

Cons:

Inly drawback that in front of our room window there was a big tree blocking the view.

The chicken burger at the burger station had smell.

Perfect place to enjoy nature and good food!
Pros:

Amazing place with breathtaking views! Go up the mountain by cable car - there you can walk, eat or just enjoy the view with tea! Before you go for a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant, go to hammam and sauna - perfect relaxing experience!

Cons:

Try to enjoy local tea, it’s hard to find good coffee in the room or during breakfast.

Pros:

Great rooms, all very clean. Experienced and friendly staff. Very nice and tasty breakfast. Smart TVs in rooms which are still not common in other hotels.

Superb.
Pros:

Staff: Bell boy Anar was very helpful and friendly.
Facilities were very good. Hotel is located at the best possible place in Qabala in the foot of the green mountains.

Cons:

There has to be a temperature controlled pool inside the hotel premises. This was one thing that we missed.

В номере Junior стояли колонны, также на балконе посередине стояла колонна, что конечно же было не очень удобно. За такую цену номер можно было предложить получше.
