Pros:

Location was amazing as it is amount of resort so the ski school was in the fourth floor easy to axis. Also the room was amazing with a great view. The room service also was good and the food was delicious. I like the place and for sure I will booked again with them.

Cons:

I think the breakfast was very simple for a hotel with a five star it’s need a little bit to be upgraded

I’d recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
Pros:

Amazing experience, I loved the view from my room. Size of the room was above average and the access to the activities directly from the hotel was much helpful. Staff were friendly and helping, breakfast was great as well.

Cons:

Alcohol mini bar, should be provided if requested.

Beautiful, clean, excellent service
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel with our family in a Deluxe room, and we really enjoyed everything. The room was clean and warm, the hotel is stylish, and the Panorama restaurant pleasantly surprised us with its cuisine and excellent service. The only thing that was missing was some simple options on the kids’ menu — fast food is not suitable for small children, and it would be great to add at least macaroni and cheese or mashed potatoes with cutlets 😊
Breakfast was tasty and fresh.
We were also very pleased with the shisha in the Shisha Lounge — it was excellent 👍🏻
On the 4th floor, you can sign up for ski lessons and rent all the necessary equipment, which is very convenient.

We would be happy to come back again!

Cons:

There are no specific dishes for small children on the menu. It’s not critical, but it can be a bit uncomfortable when staying with young children

أعجبني الموقع جميل جدا تصعد الدور الثالث تلاقي التلفريك جدامك ، سكنت في الدور الثاني مع شرفة وكانت إطلالتها روعة علي الجبال والبحيرة كانت متجمدة في فصل الشتاء شهر يناير ،، الأثاث جميل والوانه زاهية ويوجد تدفأة في الغرفة وكذلك تكرمون في الحمام
