Cons:

Europäische Gäste wie wir denken bei einem See eher an ein Naturufer, nicht eingebaut in Beton wie hier.
Bei Anreise wurden wir im falschen Zimmertyp untergebracht, es wurde auf Nachfrage korrigiert mit einem Upgrade.

Faultless — the view alone is worth the trip!
Pros:

Everything. The location is spectacular. A bellboy was waiting at the entrance to take our bags (and spoke English), and while we sat down for check-in someone from the café came over offering coffee and drinks. We were walked to the room, and even as a standard room it was spacious — sofa set, coffee table, good-sized bed. But the terrace view is the real thing: mountains straight ahead, and I could have sat there for the rest of my life. All the restaurants were excellent, including the steakhouse up the mountain that you reach by cable car. Staff were polite and always made the effort to speak English. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel. Massive shoutout to Sheriyar, one of the restaurant managers, who was extremely helpful with everything.
