Приезжаем в этот отель не в первый раз. Очень нравится место, расположение отеля, природа. Ресторан Панорама радует разнообразием блюд. Помимо местной кухни, каждый раз появляются новые европейские блюда. Персонал очень вежливый и заботливый. Чистота в номерах - идеальная. Убирают каждый день, через два дня меняют белье. В этот раз нам сделала бесплатный апгрейд номера, было очень приятно. Если вы любите зимние виды спорта, то вам именно сюда. Несколько уровней спуска среди красивых гор. Очень опытные инструктора, как для взрослых, так и для детей. Мы остались довольны нашей поездкой. Радует забота менеджеров отеля во время пребывания. Отличный завтрак, широкий ассортимент. Каждое утро в меню что-то новое. Атмосфера в отеле очень дружелюбная и спокойная.

Забота персонала на высокм уровне
Pros:

Размеры апартаментов, чистота, услужливость и забота персонала. За пол часа до окончания завтрака, персонал любезно сообщает по whatsapp, что если мы не можем спуститься, то они сами могут понять еду в номер.

Cons:

Парковки не было под зданием, она на открытом месте перед отелем и в 50 метрах от отеля. Номер нельзя самому обогреть, кондиционер только на холод стоит, а отопитель возле панорамного окна, много шумит нежели обогревает.

Pros:

Its very clean especially the couch and bed. Bathroom is clean too. breakfast had a lot of options especially with breads and cheeses. Lots of activities to do in the hotel. Has lots of restaurants to choose and not too expensive
