Fiquei 5 minutos no balcão esperando o atendente terminar um atendimento. Quando terminou ele nem me olhou e ficou digitando algo no computador. Depois de um tempo ele só me olhou e me disse pra aguardar.
Fiquei esperando, mais uns 3 ou 4 minutos e uma outra pessoa veio de lá de dentro e perguntou se eu já tinha sido atendido.
Resultado da ópera: depois de dirigir mais de 1000km fiquei 10 minutos só esperando ser atendido na recepção do hotel.
Se não fosse isso teria sido nota 10. Mas isso me chateou demais.

Q os funcionários leiam a placa de n quero ser incomodado, pq tomei um susto as 10:20 da manhã cm alguém abrindo a porta, imagino q seja da limpeza, só tinha fechado no trinco e n passei a corrente da porta, e o checkout é 12 hr, não entendi pq eles foram no quarto sendo q a placa tava lá na porta, até pq pra botar a chave tem q tirar a placa, não tem cm falar q n viu a placa

Cons:

Cheguei num voo das 03:30 da manhã (voo atrasou) quando cheguei pedi ao rapaz um quarto silencioso porque já vinha de muitos voos e queria dormir até mais tarde. Sou acordada às 08:00 com o pessoal limpando o quarto ao lado num barulho infernal de música e rodo e porta batendo. Acho que deviam ter consideração com hóspedes que chegam tarde. Com tanto quarto pra limpar, tinha que ser o do lado do meu e as 8h?
Esses detalhes ajudam quem está em trânsito. Achei pouco cuidadoso.
