I visited in early spring (outside temperature max. 18-20 degrees), but without using the AC, room got very hot. Floor heating was continuously on, maybe I just didn't figure out how to turn it off (despite trying to set the temperatures on the thermostat), but the temperature in the room could rise up to 26-27 degrees.

Not bad if standards are low
Pros:

The room is large and has a good tv. WiFi was good. Water pressure was good for showers. There was a great price for the days that we stayed here.

Cons:

Bathroom was really not clean. There is grime and limescale everywhere, water on the floor at first arrival. Bed was hard. It is about 2 minutes to the seomyon metro line but it takes a long time to get to any place on this metro like 40 mins plus. There is never any greetings from staff. Some items in the room are very run down like the table was completely covered in mould in the underside, there was a hairbrush ? Towels didn’t feel clean etc

Pros:

Good value for the money
Good location, just 2 minutes walk from the the Seomyeon Station exit 15.
There are lots of food shop around the hotel and there is a 24 hours convinience shop just beside the hotel.
Large room size, a big size queen bed, a 65 inch TV in the room, small fridge provided, big shower room with bathtub, housekeeping everyday and 3 mineral water also provided everyday.

Cons:

Only the facilities and equipments in the bathroom need to change new or renovate.

距離地鐵站附近的近四通八達的非常方便，而且延後退房一個小時才多5000韓幣非常值得

Cons:

衛浴設備比較老舊還有水痕，浴缸也有一些使用痕跡，床有點太軟了
