ちょっと古いことに目をつぶれば、最高のロケーションに格安に泊まれる
Pros:

西面15番出口から3分以内、エスカレーター、エレベーターのある13番出口からも5分以内と立地がよい
釜田市場へのアクセスも抜群
部屋は広く、バスタブがついている
床暖房があり、いつも部屋が暖かい
レセプションには必ず人がいる。英語も簡単な内容なら意思疎通ができる
チェックアウトが12:00なので、ギリギリまで買い物をしたモノを部屋でパッキングできる

Cons:

温水の水圧が低く、バスタブにお湯をためるのに1時間ほど要する
チェックインが週末(金曜日含む)は20:00というのは遅すぎると思う。荷物をフロント近くに置いてどこかで時間をつぶす必要がある
風呂の設備とかが古い、水垢がついているのを気にする人は気にするだろう
バスタオルはフロントに言えばもらえるが、部屋には置かれていなかった
