Odd experience. Daughters will most probably never return.
Pros:

We had two rooms, one for us and one for our kids. Our daughters (20 and 21) had a problem with their door/key system. A repairman came after breakfast, to fix the lock. This happened while the girls were having their showers and getting dressed. It was unpleasant and they were upset with the invasion of their privacy.

We thought it to be very unprofessional and really odd.

The ride to and from the casino area is great.
The front desk staff are wonderful.

Fabulous stay as always
Pros:

Excellent, a good variety and food was tasty. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The check in experience could have been more pleasant for me I was a bit embarrassed. The guy who was checking me in (not sure name) spoke very loud that everybody at the reception area could hear what he was telling me as I requested an early in check and late check out he was explaining there was an extra cost if I wanted to. He could have spoken a bit more softer so that I could have heard what he was telling me and not everyone else that was around. Other than that no other issues.

The management, particularly Gareth and his dedicated team, were not merely behind the scenes; they were actively engaged and visible throughout the hotel, ensuring that every detail was attended to with meticulous care.

Right from the outset, the booking process was seamless, thanks largely to the assistance of Matthew, a courteous staff member who handled our inquiries with utmost professionalism. We had requested a room on a higher floor, and Matthew went above and beyond to accommodate this request, showing a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a clean, modern space complete with air conditioning, a bar fridge, and luxurious linens that made our stay feel indulgent. The layout featured sliding doors that led from the bath area to the bedroom, allowing us to appreciate the serene view of the pond and swimming pool that our room offered. It was a beautiful sight to wake up to each day.

The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym, catering to fitness enthusiasts like ourselves. Meanwhile, the bar area was a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. With ample seating both inside and on a spacious veranda that overlooked the pool and pond, it exuded tranquility. Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the friendliness of the porters, who added a personal touch to the service experience. Checking in was remarkably swift and efficient, allowing us to settle in and start enjoying our time right away.

One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly breakfast, which surpassed our expectations in every conceivable way.
