There were no glasses in the room (had to ask for it). Only 2x small waters in the room on arrival with some "past shelf life" fruits. Attendance to detail is lacking - ensure that there are at least glases in a room (they have apologised but it should not be necessary for a guest to ask for such an elemental item).
Poor dini g service
O hotel é simplesmente incrível, desde os pequenos detalhes aos grandes. Café da manhã é excelente, o quarto, o chuveiro, a cama. Sem falar na localização e na facilidade de buscar restaurante. Recomendo para que for a Johannesburgo.

There is not a lot of halaal friendly options. Eg: Breakfast - no salmon, or any chicken sausages available. mainly eggs , fruit and cereals for halaal options. Variety can increase to accommodate the hotel standard. This has been the same issue over the last 6 to 8 years. Have been complaining, but still no slight change
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to get us to our booked show on time. Breakfast was exceptional and really was a great start to the day.
Location, staff, rooms, beds, showers, bedding, and especially the staff who went above and beyond for us with guests visiting.
The pool was closed due to some remedial works...but not told that when we booked. Pigeon poo on the outside pool.area decking as well as our balcony which we walked into our room. The staff were quick to solve. Prices were a bit steep even in foreign currency!?

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel Cannot praise the well trained friendly staff enough! They were absolutely amazing! We had a delicious dinner and the best buffet breakfast. The rooms were great and within walking distance from the Casino. Cannot fault anything! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
