Pros:

The staff were amazing, they truly came to my rescue when I needed them the most. When my little one was having a fit in the middle of the night, they truly came through for me by providing a midnight snack (weetbex to make porridge). The gentleman and Lady who were working night shift are truly angels and the best employees.

Cons:

Everything was perfect

Thank you so much. This was my second stay with my daughters and as always was amazing.

We enjoyed it
Pros:

Breakfast was good there just need to increase the vegetarian options on cooked foods.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the casino great.

Always such a delight!
Pros:

The Pivot Hotel is the obvious choice when visiting Monte Casino. It is very centrally located and close to the theatre complex with a golf cart shuttle service if you don't want to take the short walk. The staff is very professional and so friendly. They really make an effort in letting you feel welcome. The facilities are of good quality and always very clean. We have never been disappointed by the amazing breakfast buffet. It caters for all tastes and the food is always fresh and delicious.
