The location was great, easy access to the restaurants and casino. The shuttle to the casino from the hotel and back was much appreciated. The drivers were very polite and helpful.
The staff was amazing. Reception, cleaning lady and breakfast staff were so professional and friendly. I have been to many hotels but I have never experienced this level of service. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
The room needs an upgrade. The carpet looks worn out.
The place is beautiful and clean, and it truly gives elegance as you enter the premises.
Although the rooms looked clean and neat, one of the pillows on the bed was blood-stained and tucked away behind another clean pillow. Housekeeping needs to do better. The hand-held shower nozzle was not working, and it leaked.
