This hotel was great. Clean free parking and bathroom was full sized with great water pressure and plenty of hot water

Very nice new facility and comes with a well supplied optional breakfast.

The only downside is the location. It is quite a walk across the bridge to the main part of the village. We therefore ended up driving over and and parking in the free parking area to go out to dinner each night.

A bit far away from the centre ville which is not made that clear in the advertisement. Too far to walk. also check in is not until 5pm so you lose a day waiting around with your luggage staff do not turn up until 5 pm on the dot the rest of the time it is like the Marie Celeste. It was clean and comfortable but lacked any personality would not stay there again.

Amazing hotel with amazing and kind staff. Great hospitality. Both receptionist speak very well English and are very polite, nice and helpful. Very comfortable room with comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning was usefulness as well as warm batteries in the bath for drying wet towels. Lots of well thought details. Room is set up the way to make you feel like at home. This hotel is just 10-15 minutes waking from Amboise old town where all the dining and castles 🏰 located. Definitely a place to comeback too. Thank you so much!

Très grande chambre,très bien décorée et aménagée.

La struttura è pulita, moderna e la stanza familiare ha una buona ottimizzazione degli spazi. Ottima pulizia e parcheggio. Discreta colazione internazionale. Unico neo: non hanno rispettato le condizioni di pagamento indicate da hotel.com e quindi qualche giorno prima hanno prelevato dalla mia carta senza preavviso.

Overall excellent - brand new. Lovely room, with luxury fittings. Give breakfast a miss though - Not fresh produce and poor selection.

Le déjeuner n'était pas a avoir avant 8 h, c'était trop tard pour nous....et il n'y avait pas du papiers supplements pour la toilette.

Nous avons appris cinq ou six heures avant notre arrivée que nous devions récupérer les clés à l'intérieur de la chambre laissée ouverte. Nous avons estimé que cette manière de faire n'était pas satisfaisante du point de vue des conditions d'accueil et de sécurité. Par conséquent, nous avons souhaité annuler notre réservation mais il était impossible de le faire sans avoir eu à payer la nuit d'hôtel. Si nous avions eu connaissance de ce point au préalable, nous aurions évidemment choisi un autre hôtel. Nous trouvons également dommageable d'être avertis d'une telle condition passé le délai d'annulation sans frais de notre réservation...

En déplacement professionnel, l'accueil était très agréable, mais du fait de mes horaires de travail je n'ai pu profiter du service du petit déjeuner ormis le lundi ou exceptionnellement il à été accessible à 6h30.
Malgré le nombre de restaurant en ville, beaucoup étaient fermés du fait de la fin de saison.
