Gorgeous place, lots of outdoor activities. Paradise. Staff was superbly trained & accommodating.
Pros:

Breakfast wonderful; staff superb. I enjoyed services such as cooking lessons, horseback riding on the beach, kayaking and a massage. The views were amazing.

Cons:

Prices were high for the room, for the dinner in the international restaurant, and for the kayak rental.
Given the high prices, they should really invest in upgrading the bed pillows to down-pillows, like most upscale places do. I found the bed pillows hard and uncomfortable. Also, it was hard to cool down the room as they maintain an eco-control that keeps the room warmer at night than what we enjoy for sleeping. More temperature range in the heat/cool controls should be permitted for the guests.

An idyllic spot with plenty of things to do
Pros:

The setting was beautiful and the staff were flexible and very professional. They were happy to accommodate change of plan and help us find alternatives.
The restaurant, although expensive served lovely food. Breakfast was delicious.

A top 5 experience across all hotels. Rustic chic vibe and staff that consistently exceeded expectations. Beautiful views, great spa. We also had the beach picnic for lunch which was the highlight of a month long trip! I would plan my next trip to Morocco based on this hotel’s availability— it was that exceptional!

Absolutely fantastic, one of the best hotels I've stayed at when it comes to service.
Pros:

The staff at La Sultana were all super friendly, polite and happy and could not do enough for us to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Each room has a mobile where you can whatsapp the team and they reply within minutes and they are always happy to accommodate special requests or dietary requirements. The area was beautiful and there were lots of activities available for guests.

Very polite, super Service. Everything was perfect and on a top level. The Lady from the dinner, Rafiq our Server, The guy from the reception. Basically everyone was welcoming us 😀
