Pros:

It’s so clean regardless being in the forest. Staff super friendly, all of them . Always smiling. Room so so clean. Food for breakfast buffet was excellent. So many options. Loved everything. Also they have the Arabic shatafa/bidet.

Pros:

המלון יפהפה, נקי מאוד, צוות מדהים, אדיב ושירותי בצורה יוצאת דופן! מנהל שירותי האורחים, סליחה שלא זוכרת את שמו, פגש אותנו לאחר שביקשנו לעבור חדר. העביר אותנו לחדר אחר, מבלי לשאול יותר מדי שאלות, עם חיוך, ליווה אותנו, ובדק שאנחנו מרוצים מהחדר החדש. המלון קרוב לרכבלים, ולמסעדות מאוד טובות ומעניינות. הנוף לנהר ולהרי הקפקז הרחיב את הלב, והיה ממש מקסים. כשעזבנו את המלון, הבחורות שהיו בקבלה, שאלו אם יש מקום לשיפור ומאוד הערכנו את זה. זה בהחלט מלון מומלץ, ומלון שנחזור אליו!
