コストパフォーマンスが良かった。
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。フロントの案内が良かった、朝食の種類が多く良かった。バスのサイズが広く、ユニットバス全体もゆとりがあった。

Cons:

朝食時プレートに乗せる皿が滑りやすく料理を盛りづらかった。ヘアドライヤーが室内になかった。

こだわりの朝食が美味しくて、品数も多く、量も内容も2食分以上食べました♡
廊下にあった本棚の漫画の品揃えが素晴らしく、今回読む暇はなかったけれど、時間がある時にまた来たいと思いました！！
ロビーの挽き立てコーヒーも美味しかったです！！

困った時のホテルユニオン！
Pros:

悪天候のため、鹿児島空港で放り出されました。
急遽、宿を探してここに辿り着きました。
当日、遅い時間ですが、フロントの方々に丁寧に対応いただき、「宿なしか…」と打ちひしがれていた中、心も体も温まりました。
ありがとうございました！

特になかったです。
清掃も行き届いていました。

スタッフの対応が良かった。

Cons:

前の道の騒音があった、ガラスを２重窓🪟にしたらいいのに。エレベーターを降りた時、通路が狭い。朝飯はバイキングだけど種類が少な過ぎに感じた。

Pros:

バストイレが広く、入浴剤もあってゆっくり疲れをとることができました。掃除もいきとどいていて快適でした。朝食とフロントのコーヒーも美味しかったです。

フロントが全て男性で、笑顔がなく対応がぶっきらぼうなのが、残念でした。
