Familien freundliches Hotel, nichts für Ruhrsuchende
Pros:

Der problemlose Übergang zum Erlebnisbad war sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Es war sehr hellhörig und zeitweise ziemlich laut.

Great place for a family stay.
Pros:

The hotel and the resort are great for a family stay with young kids. We were well take care of overall and had a nice time.

Cons:

The service was often slow, especially in the restaurant. We ate dinner there once, but I was a bit disappointed by the quality of the food for the price they asked.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker, gab eine große Auswahl und sogar einen kleinen Kinderbereich.

Direkter Zugang zum Schwimmbad war sehr gut und einfach erreichbar.

Cons:

Wir sind mit Baby angereist, daher wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, hätte es einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gegeben und einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

Der Duschkopf hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Die Stoffbezüge der Stühle im Restaurant waren äußerst schmutzig.

Die beim Abendessen servierten Tomaten waren extrem unfrisch, teilweise sogar bereits verdorben, und wurden dennoch den Gästen serviert.

Im Zimmer 229 lag ein leichter Geruch nach einem verendeten (toten) Tier, ähnlich wie der Geruch einer toten Ratte.
