Geweldig (Bourgondisch) verblijf in Maastricht
Pros:

De locatie, de leuke kroeg/restaurant eronder met heel veel goede biertjes en een goede keuze op de kaart. De kamer was netjes, modern en super schoon

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Omdat het een oud pand is, is het wat gehoriger - dat is voor de meesten niet zo erg, alleen iets om rekening mee te houden

Was leuk maar nooit meer.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke personeel bij de incheck, cafe en restaurant.

Cons:

Degene die er voor moest zorgen dat er champagne en rozen bladeren op de kamer stond/lag heeft dit vergeten.
En weg was de verrassing voor mijn vrouw.
Hij verschuilt zich dan achter een nieuw systeem waaruit zij werken ....... BS.

Very nice room and location

Cons:

Wouldn't recommend the breakfast, staff was also not cooperative in the service. Would recommend just taking the room without it

Really nice room at a few months walk from the central train station
Pros:

Really nice place and room in a perfect location, near the train station and the city center. The room was really neat. The detail of the coffee/tea machine on the floor below was really nice. We arrived in the evening and had dinner in the bistro restaurant below which was nice.

Cons:

The room was very nice, though a bit small. The building is old and beautiful, but one should be careful at the steep stairs, characteristic of old buildings like this one.

Voor een gezin een goede familiekamer. Voor drie volwassenen zou ik een alternatief kiezen.

Krakende bedden, weinig waterdruk in de douche, douche deur die moeilijk sluit.

Erg fijne en ruime kamer, het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de winkels.

Cons:

Er hing soms een gekke geur in de badkamer en de afzuiging was niet optimaal.

Nice hotel but level of service a bit light
Pros:

This is a nice hotel located close to the main station. The staff tries to cope as well as they can but I think their workload surpasses what they can do.

Cons:

It is attached to a cafe and the staff from the cafe seem to be in charge of the hotel as well. There is no real reception and is it’s a bit odd. The room was beautiful but quite high up with only steep stairs; and the heating did not work… since it was winter we were a bit surprised. We called reception and someone came who said she would contact the manager but then we never heard back from her. We ended up using the heat function of the AC, which is not ideal…
We felt the property was really nicely done but the level of service was much below what we usually see in properties in this price range. The staff seems overloaded…

Pros:

Gezellige accommodatie op een goede plek.

Cons:

Muziek in het café onder onze kamer stond de hele avond tot in de nacht (1.45 uur) erg hard aan. Zo kun je geen hotelfunctie uitvoeren!
Heb hier melding van gemaakt.
