It’s very convenient. They have shuttle buses to attractions and airports. The hotel has a lot of great facilities and services for free. Which is great for a family of five.

Отель удобно расположен, есть трансферы до Диснея и от Диснея, до двух терминалов Аэропорта, а еще до набережной Банд. Завтраки обычные, как в любой китайской гостинице. Есть детские столы и стульчики.

I liked that the room was clean and there was a shuttle service. They also kept my luggage the first day that I arrived as check in was later and I wanted to get the earlier shuttle.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent rooms.Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean well every day. Very nice breakfast. Very easy to transport from here to everywhere. I will come back again. Excellent
I recently stayed at the Novotel Shanghai, and I would easily give it 9 out of 10 stars. The hotel itself is fantastic—the facilities are top-notch, the rooms and common areas are immaculately clean, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and quiet. It truly offers excellent value for the money.
However, the absolute best part of our experience was the staff. Most we interacted with went above and beyond their normal duties to make our stay comfortable. I want to give a very special mention to the Chief Concierge, James. We unfortunately ran into an issue outside the hotel with some people who tried to scam us, and James was nothing short of brilliant. He went entirely out of his way to help us navigate the situation and make sure we were safe.
A hotel is only as good as its people, and thanks to James and the rest of the team, our stay was exceptional. Highly recommended!
The internet connection was a bit choppy at times, but to be fair, I found that to be the case everywhere in China, so it certainly didn't ruin the experience.
