フロントスタッフは英語でのコミュニケーションが取れ、チェックイン/チェックアウトの手続きもスムーズに行えました。
室内は清潔で、不備不足はなく快適に過ごせました。
上海ディズニーランドが目的だったので、無料シャトルバスには助けられました。時間帯にもよりますが、添乗員の方が中国語でその日の混み具合の予想やお得に過ごすTipsなどを話されていて、サービスが良いなと感じました。
ワインが1本無料とのことで室内のテーブルに置かれていましたが、コルク付きでオープナーが必要なタイプにも関わらず、オープナーは室内にありませんでした。
フロントに言えば借りることも可能だったのでしょうが、手間に感じ、そのまま飲まず退室しました。
トラブルがあった時にスタッフの方々が迅速に対応してくれました。本当にありがとうございました。
お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

ホテルの方も優しく、対応してくれて、シャトルバスに少し間に合わない時に走ってバスを止めて乗せてくれたりと、サービスがしっかりしてます。
ディズニー、空港行きのシャトルバスがたくさん出てます。
디즈니랜드 일정이 있다면 1박 하기에 적합한 숙소입니다. 기본적으로 공항 및 디즈니랜드 셔틀을 운행한다는 점도 좋고, 생각했던 것보다 방 컨디션도 넓고 좋았습니다. 특히 배달을 호텔로 찍어서 주문하면, 로봇을 통해 객실까지 배달해주는 점은 진짜 좋은 거 같습니다.
샤워부스 청결도가 아쉬웠습니다. 청결도가 아주 낮다 정도는 아니었지만, 호텔 규모나 전반적인 방 컨디션을 고려했을 때는 샤워부스 청결도가 더 좋았어야 하지 않나 싶은 생각이 조금 듭니다.

You have 2 convenient store in front which is great.
Room was big and confortable. 1 free drink. The eating works (too) well.

The receptionist when I arrived was not really nice. (Barely spoke English which didn’t help).
Shuttle back from Shanghai is too early. Center is a bit far but you have shuttle or for less than 15e you can go back.

The massages service was too expensive for the service. The lady staff was very good. But the male staff did the massage too hard and didn’t ask for any health conditions before the massage session. I know he was doing his best to do a very great job for massaging with good intentions, but that kind of rough massaging could be harmful for the people with health conditions. So, I suggest you need to ask the customer about their health conditions before doing the massage.
The service is marvellous and perfect. Amenities are amazing. I will stay here again and again and again.

有免費接駁車從機場接送到飯店及迪士尼樂園來回接送，非常加分，而且住宿飯店加入管家群，住客提出的疑難雜症，飯店服務人員都貼心服務到家，另外玩迪士尼會走很多路，飯店也免費提供泡腳桶+泡腳包，可以感受到飯店對住客真的很用心 。
早餐選項雖然很多，但是口味真的很普通，不會難吃也說不上美味。
