Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto não estava conseguindo gelar o quarto, no máximo refrescou, e o quarto não tinha controle da televisão.

Boa cama, bom chuveiro, otimo cafe da manhã

Cons:

Não tem TV a Cabo. Nao tem TV smart, somente TV Aberta, pessimo!!!!!
O restaurante somente atende no quarto e demora MUITO, nao vale a pena.

A COMUNICAÇÃO VIA WHATSAPP, NÃO FOI LEGAL, DEMORAM MUITO PRA RESPONDER ENVIEI MENSAGEM 19:40H SÓ ME RESPONDERAM NO OUTRO DIA AS 16:30 EU JÁ ESTAVA ATÉ HOSPEDADA. ASSIM QUE CHEGUEI NO HOTEL RELATEI O PROBLEMA E O ATENDENTE DISSE QUE COMO O MOVIMENTO ESTÁ ALTO, REALMENTE NÃO ESTAVAM CONSEGUINDO RESPONDER. APENAS ESSE PONTO DE ATENÇÃO.

Cons:

Bom os quartos estavam ok, mas pouquissima iluminação. O ar estava bloqueado para utilização. apenas podendo ser utilizado o ventilador, o que para Ribeirão é quase que impossível.
Devido ao shows na cidade, o hotel estava cheio. Percebi que os colaboradores não estava preparados para tamanha demanda. Espaço para o café bem pequeno... restaurante fechado a noite.
