Good property. Good place to stay. Location was good. Good food nearby and lot of shopping areas around. Only thing is staffs were good but could be little more friendly.

Nice experience
I will recommend my friends to stay here. The service and room was so good
1.front dest customer service was very poor
2.tv was not working in the room/no proper instructions to operate the remote
3.customer service call no proper response
The beds were worn out,
felt like water beds too floaty.
Pillows had body odor but were quickly changed when requested.
Toilet bowl was on the small side.

Really enjoyed me stay at Ibis Kochi city. Close to centre square mall and the river side walk. Plenty of space in the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. Safety box was provided. Reception was very friendly and called me 30mins before check out. Thank you so much
This is my 2nd time at Ibis, Kochi. I'd loved my stay last time at Ibis more than any other and that is why I chose it for a 2nd time. Even though the overall experience has been good, I could tell that the shampoo and soap dispensers hadn't been changed in a long time. Barring this, my stay has been pleasant.
Amazing, the best hotel we have stayed at
Everything was pretty good. But breakfast seems to be just okay. Their sambhar had a bad smell. But staff took initiative to remove it right away when we approached them.
Rooms where neat and clean and customer service was good too. Stay was worth for the price
