Pros:

Pros:

Great location right next to the station. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Cleanliness was lacking. My bed cover barely fitted the bed and the mattress topper was stained. The carpets could do with a deep clean. I travel a lot for work and it's been a long time since I have been in a hotel that doesn't provide water in the room. At the price of these rooms it should be. My hairdryer stopped working after 30 seconds but a kind cleaner who happened to be in the room next door swapped it fortunately.
Breakfast was disappointing. The fresh bread was delicious but the buffet food was cold. The berries were frozen and both the coffee machines weren't working properly. The staff tried but things werent kept replenished...stone cold boiled eggs, fruit bowl empty etc. I added breakfast at the last minute and would have been better going over the road to one of the many coffee/sandwich places. What a shame.
