Everything was perfect: friendly staff, a great location next to the train station (a 20-minute walk to the city center), clean, well-equipped, quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. Nothing to complain about (which is rare).

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Ibis Cambridge. The staff were all absolutely excellent, in particular Medea who gave us a warm welcome at check-in and was so delightful and helpful every time we spoke to her at the reception desk.

This is minor but I would’ve preferred to have an iron in the bedroom and a phone to call reception. However, there was an ironing room.

Brilliant location
C'est une chaîne donc pas de surprise : propre, staff efficace, déco corporate, petite salle de bains en cabine. Le petit déj était bon. Le parking est à une dizaine de minutes à pied, et le centre ville une bonne vingtaine de minutes, ce qui est ok si on n'est pas pris par le temps.
