A little far from town centre
Struttura pulita, subito fuori la stazione, con personale gentile e stanze dotate del necessario (forse più adatte a chi è di passaggio che per soggiorni lunghi).
La possibilità di fare il check-in tardivo senza problemi è stato di grande aiuto, dato che il nostro volo era in ritardo.

The bathroom quite slippery
Ottima e comoda soluzioni a due passi dalla stazione di Cambridge e nonostante la camera fosse fronte binari era silenziosa. Ampia stanza con tutto l’occorrente.
Colazione ricca e completa. Collegato al centro città con i bus, in circa 15 minuti. Consigliato per pulizia, posizione e comodità della stanza, tornerei.
Prima hotel vlak bij het station - zeer geschikt voor zakenreizigers. Centrum ligt wat verder weg, dus dat is minder handig. Verder prima voor 1 of meerdere overnachtingen.

At breakfast the member of staff kept clearing tables before people had finished. When we got up to get our food, she took away our full, hot drinks. When I asked to stop and put them back she struggled to understand why we left the table and did not want it cleared. I tried to explain that it was self service and not table service but she still did not see a problem with taking away our drinks. We were not the only ones this happened to, another customer had her whole breakfast taken away while she was getting herself a coffee. I was going to raise this when we checked out but she was then on reception.
