Friendly staff, great facilities, felt secure as well as the property had “walls” surrounding the whole development.
Everything was great, but a suggestion would be that the kids pool area whether the water could get heated - the water was too cold and despite of the nice facilities we couldn’t really enjoy the space because it was uncomfortable cold the water.

The reception area was nicely layout. Room is clean and smell nice
Room size is smaller than expected, and Tea/Coffee is very basic.
I need ironing facility, and was very surprised to ask to go to a communical share ironing room at a different floor. This reminded me of a youth hostel or YMCA. Even the budget chain like Travelodge, Preminer inn provide individual ironing equipemnt.
Unrelated to the room, I had problem with my booking. I had to shift my visit by 2 days, and because I made the non-refundable option, the hotel was not willing to exercise within their discretion to make the change. I totally accept I made the concious decision of booking the non-refundable option, but disappointed the hotel did not make any exception.
The breakfast was excellent. The position for the Railway Station was wonderful. A very good one night stay.
The friendly staff who were very helpful.
When the lifts didn't work, a helpful porter took my suitcase up three flights of stairs and into my room, which I appreciated.
1. There were no drawers to put my clothes
2. The hotel room price wasn't value for money
3. The food and drink in the bar was expensive

The hotel looks really shabby inside. The carpets are filthy and there are numerous places where things are either broken or have been badly patched up. The bathroom in the room smelt of stale urine.

A gestão das toalhas de banho/mãos é caótica. Não há toalhas de mão, só de banho. No último dia só tivemos 1 toalha de banho. A limpeza das carpetes, sobretudo no corredor, deixa bastante a desejar. O pequeno almoço tem funcionários a menos e as mesas são limpas raramente. Um pouco abaixo do expectável, pelo preço.
