Great hotel, good location
Pros:

Great location by the lake though 20 mins by Metro from the city. Big mall nearby and amusement park. Good rooms, friendly staff - would definitely rebook

極度不專業的吧檯人員!

大堂酒吧人員極度不專業，連基本的調酒都不會，也不懂什麼酒要配哪款酒杯，不知道擺這樣的員工來什麼，誇張的是有三位員工，沒有一位會調酒，只告訴客人他們是新來的。只會告訴客人能不能點啤酒和紅酒，爛透了

還不錯，值得再次入住
Pros:

酒店位於南昌新區，雖然周邊整體有點荒蕪，但酒店斜對面有個大型商場能夠滿足基本購物及用餐需求，步行100公尺亦可到達地鐵口，因此整體來說還算方便。唯一的缺點是客房裡的酒杯有點髒，清洗不確實。

Hotel is good, but little bit remote
Pros:

The hotel is new, but quite remote from the city. Getting a Taxi from Didi may sometimes difficult. Suggest the hotel arranging shuttle bus to city and airport.

Location is bad for business
Pros:

Hotel is located in a new area, which has nothing around the hotel. You can only eat at the hotel. Don’t want to talk my dinner buffet, but the breakfast is horrIble. Hot food is cold, hot water for tea is cold! The service staff at restaurant doesn’t know what they are doing! Compare to other Pullman hotel, this is the hotel that I will not stay there again

Beautiful hotel, staff is amazing!
Pros:

We recently moved to China from America, and celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at this hotel. The experience was memorable! The couple in the lounge playing music dedicated a touching love song to us as we enjoyed some coffee before dinner. Then a private table awaited us at dinner with beautiful flowers and a card on the table. Following dinner, the staff blessed us with dessert with an anniversary inscription on it. Finally, the staff came into our room while we were eating dinner and adorned our bed with flowers and another small gift. What a sweet surprise! My goodness, how can we every thank you and your staff enough!! Ever staff member went out of their way to make our evening wonderful. We look forward to coming back to stay and enjoying more meals at this hotel.
