Une honte de traiter les clients de cette façon.

Localisation, taille de la chambre, confort de la literie.

Cons:

Le manager qui m’a imposé de payer 25 euros ce matin alors que mon taxi attendait, pour un second client alors que j avais bien réservé pour 2 personnes et que c’est le même prix de toute façon à la réservation et que nous étions bien accueillis comme 2 occupants. Réservation et messages à l’appui.
J’ai expliqué la situation.
Inflexibilité et totale absence d’empathie.
Profiter des clients comme ça, c’est honteux pour toute l’île. Je quitte Madère ou j’ai passé un excellent séjours dans d’autres hôtels bien plus accueillant.
Je déconseille donc vivement cet établissement pour ses pratiques commercial et son management trop pécuniaire et sans aucun sens du service client. Une honte.

Milý personál - všechno ukázal, se vším pomohl. Pokoj prostorný a designově sladěný do CR7, což oceňujeme. Placené parkoviště hned pod hotelem. Bazén s vířivkou je super zpestření pobytu. Měli jsme okna s výhledem na oceán, a tudíž i na restauraci pod námi, ale hluk nešel slyšet. Snídaně bohatá, velký výběr všeho - i alternativní varianty mlék a různé druhy džusů.

O melhor serviço dos últimos anos!
Pros:

O melhor foi sem dúvida o serviço, com funcionários super simpáticos, atenciosos, carinhosos. Víamos um sorriso em todos. Apesar de ser um hotel onde vamos pela relação com o CR7, o que superou mesmo foi o serviço fantástico! Para voltar sem qualquer dúvida
