Really romantic and relaxing!
Pros:

The restaurant was really nice and good!
The pool was amazing!

Cons:

Really humid, unfortunately if you don’t use the AC, the room is filled of water.

Pros:

Great location. Good food. Access to wonderful beach. Was able to snorkel and see lots of fish. Convenient access to Rick's Cafe which was awesome. Sunsets were to die for. Water in the beach was warm and clear. A great spot!!

Cons:

Nothing. All was on point.

Le foto sono ritoccate, la nostra camera non era nemmeno simile alle foto. Piccola, scomoda, con un frigo rugginoso, un armadio che non era un’armadio ma un angolo con una staffa. (Vedere le foto VERE che abbiamo fatto)

Ma questo non è tutto!!!
Non abbiamo chiuso occhio, aria condizionata rumorosa, centrale elettrica che ha fatto rumore tutta la notte.
Disperati siamo andati alla reception per lamentarci. Ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero cambiato stanza, ma nel frattempo erano lì in reception altri due ospiti che si lamentavano di disagio anche più gravi dei nostri. ( una signora era stata fatta rimanere senza corrente né area condizionata tutta una giornata con 2 bimbi piccoli).
Valutando che una cambio di camera non avrebbe migliorato il soggiorno, abbiamo deciso di cambiare struttura, pagando un 5 stelle per i giorni rimanenti.
Abbiamo richiesto subito la restituzione della cauzione (200 dollari) e un rimborso anche parziale. Ci è stato detto per ben 3 volte che dovevamo parlare con una responsabile che però non era mai presente e di mandare un’e-mail che abbiamo mandato il giorno stesso.
Al terzo giorno consecutivo dove ci siamo presentati per richiedere il rimborso parziale del soggiorno, ci hanno detto che loro nn rendevano niente e che dovevamo chiedere a Booking.com.
UNA SCHIFEZZA!!!
Arroganti, maleducati, indecenti.
Faremo sicuramente presente a Booking.com questa disavventura chiedendo un parziale rimborso che andrà a ripagare in parte il danno economico avuto.

It wasn’t as good as my first stay.
Pros:

What I did like about staying there the room was ok… microwave and little dinette area was kool to have. The bathroom was ok.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the power kept going out and they didn’t have a back up generator, water pressure in the room I stayed in was horrible and not hot at all, the refrigerator was the worst…it horrible, rusted and ice build up.

Fue realmente una decepción. Las fotos no reflejan el estado actual del lugar y resultan bastante engañosas.

En la habitación, todas las paredes estaban húmedas y del aire acondicionado caía agua directamente al piso. Además, el baño tenía una pérdida.

Por otro lado, todo el sector más cercano a la playa se encuentra bastante abandonado y con muy poco mantenimiento, lo que afecta mucho la experiencia.

Lamentablemente, no lo recomiendo y no volvería a alojarme allí.

El paraiso
Pros:

Un lugar espectacular con acceso directo a la playa Seven Mile Beach, la más bonita de Negril y posiblemente de toda Jamaica. El hospedaje espectacular, así como los servicios que ofrece para la playa, como las asoladoras, sombrillas y flotadores.
