This property is part of the Covid-19 Protocol Compliant Approved listing.

50% deposit due at the time of booking, with balance due 30 days prior to check in. The full amount of the booking will be due if your arrival date is within 30 days of the booking date. We accept payments via major credit cards: AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA or Bank Transfer.

Please note that we do require that the credit card used for booking your stay is provided on check in along with a photo ID of the cardholder.

Max stay of 30 nights.

Deposits are fully refundable if notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Any reductions in stay or cancelations after that date are nonrefundable. Processing is estimated at 5-10 business days after written notice of cancellation and must be emailed to Reservations info@beachhousecondos.com

We are a family friendly property. No Public Nudity / No Solicitation / No overnight guests.

Guests are recommended to have and are responsible for insurance covering: cancelations, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects, valuables and money. Lovely house, great location.
Pros:

The location to the beach was wonderful. The restaurant and loungers were a very good design and lay out so we felt secluded whilst near everything. The house we booked was spacious, beds were comfortable. Very nice design.

Cons:

The house was a little dusty and could have felt a bit fresher. There is A LOT of noise at night in the area, music blasting until 4am so perhaps the house could have better windows to protect us from being kept awake.

Amazing stay one of the best independent hotels in negril
Pros:

Location on the quieter end of the beach is fantastic you can walk up the beach to bars restaurants we went to the west end cliffs every night in our rented car to eat as the restaurants are much better there.
The staff are very friendly, there’s security 24/7.
The hotel is on the beach we stayed in two different rooms the sea view room on the front is a real Jem I think it’s the only room like it on the full beach.

Pros:

Facilité d'échanges avec l'hôte. Flexibilité. Accueil. Gentillesse.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas très propre mais je suis arrivée dans la précipitation la veille de l'ouragan donc je remercie chaleureusement leur accueil rassurant, hospitalier et réactif. L'état de la chambre m'importait peu dans cette situation d'urgence.

Pros:

The unit was better than expected, very spacious, clean, and full of amenities. Furniture, beds, snd AC all great! I will be returning snd rentong beach view. Great prices too! Restaurant served one of the best ackee and saltfish breakfastvall trip! Security was also vey friendly abd generous!

I absolutely loved my stay at this beachfront property! November 2024 was my first time staying here and I loved it so much I cancelled my May 2025 reservation at a different property and stayed here for my 2nd visit. From the moment I made my reservation to the day I checked out, the staff made the experience exceptional. Everyone—from the reservation team to the front desk, housekeeping, security, and the bar/restaurant crew—was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. I can't wait to come back!
