I booked with breakfast and had no right to it. Then the pool and bar were not available. I paid a service which I did not have.

The whole stay was unpleasant, I was a guest there and I had to serve myself most of the time. There is water in the room, but no bottle opener and I asked for one, they said I should bring the bottle down to open it. I sent them an email about my dietary requirements, nobody replied. When I asked they had to call the other hotel and they prepared something. I had no idea there was a sauna and steam room there, i only found it out when checking out as they were telling about it to another couple. So I could only use it after check out and not on the other days. When i turned on the shower it flooded the bathroom it doesnt matter which way the shower head was turned, very dangerous, because it made the bathroom slippery. I asked for a kettle, they said they will bring, but nobody did or cared or apologised that they didnt. When I checked in they said they will call me when my room is ready, i said sure no problem, my room was ready way before, but nobody cared to tell me. Great location, but i wouldnt stay there again.

If you're looking for a modern and boutique experience, this is the place to stay.
We were there for two nights, three days and really enjoyed our stay. The property is modern, clean and very no frills. The breakfast buffet and food options for lunch are terrific! We ate dinner at local restaurants, so can't really speak much on the dinner options.
The location is nicely set back from the beach, however, it's about a 5-8 min walk down a road located in front of the hotel. Beach chairs are located on the beach for a small fee (third party provider).
Easy in and out of town!
Would definitely stay here again! Oh and a really amazing thing, they had our room available for early check-in!

Very nice hotel, amazing breakfast and very friendly welcome. Beach is very close and stunning. I will return there next year. During Low season very quiet and relaxing.

Neu gebautes Hotel in Strandnähe, jedoch weist es schon Mängel auf. Kein gut eingespieltes Team. Hygiene im Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig.

déco quelconque...ça sent la peinture dans les couloirs...buffet en mode cantine, impossible d'avoir un jus d'orange au petit déjeuner. trop chère pour ce que c'est...il y a de la rouille sur la terrasse de la piscine au pied des parasols et transat.
Si vous avez besoin de commander une bouteille d'eau le soir avant de vous coucher, il faudra descendre la chercher, personne ne vous l'apportera à votre chambre !

Rien à dire sur l’accueil, le personnel est très sympathique.

Super séjour. Nous avons été surclassés dans une villa. L'hôtel est excellent, très récent et propre et Maria la directrice très agréable. La plage est toute proche. Une bouteille d'eau offerte à l'arrivée serait un plus mais rien à redire.

Schönes und modernes Hotel an ruhiger Lage. Ca. 5 min zu Fuss hinter den Dünen vom Strand entfernt. Wir wurden vom Personal sehr freundlich bedient und erhielten viele gute Tips.

Fabulous place. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, everyone is extremely sweet and welcoming. Rooms are very spacious, brand new, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Beautiful flowers in the garden. Tasty breakfast buffet. We totally loved our stay and will surely be back!!

We are very demanding in terms of room and bathroom conditions and they were very good. Ultra modern and sparkling.

Having said this, the best asset of the hotel is the staff, nothing is too much to ask and everything is possible.

There was no restaurant menu, but they will make something basic with ingredients available if you wanted to have lunch in or could order take away from a very good Italian restaurant. This worked for us.

It is important to note that the beach is quite a walk away but we like to move around so this was no issue at all. It might be an issue with someone who has small children and/or needs to manage a pram.

This is new property only one year open. The facilities are all in pristine condition. There are less than twenty rooms in the hotel so personal attention is assured at all times. There is a very tranquil relaxing atmosphere.
We found the staff and in particular the manager to be of the highest standard, always ready to help in any way they could.
There are villas on the property too which would be good if you prefer to do some self catering .

April was a very quiet time of year for porto santo we were two of very few people in the hotel, however the staff were exceptional and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely be back when weather is warmer.
