Wasting water sonmuch leaking tap and toilet where isnlack ofnwater in karachi

I stayed four nights at Hotel Crown inn. The location of hotel is in the heart of Karachi and any location of city could be accessible easily via conveyance. Also, shops and restaurants are at walking distance. My room was at 6th Floor and the room was well furnished and cleaned, however, bed sheet and pillow covers needs to be replaced after a day. AC was working, Washroom was also clean but felt smoky (it seemed that somebody who was smoker had used the room previously, by the way I am a NON-SMOKER). WiFi in the room was working pretty good and TV was also in working condition. Breakfast was complementary and was also good. Staff was very cooperative. Recommend this hotel and I will also stay here again when visit Karachi.

Not a bad establishment. Room inside is nice, but the hotel did not feel high-end. Which I suppose is to be expected for the price. Nothing out of the ordinary though good or bad!

This is a new building and has lot more potential. Their management can pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

The staff were police and curteous. I was given a bigger non smoking room when requested instantly. The rooms were clean and tidy. Well worth the money spent.

We first got a hotel room with bed bug that came out to feed on me, we notified the staff and were moved to two single bed room they sprayed the coachroaches away but after that we saw only one. The moral of the story is pay more and enjoy your trip.

Very disappointed very very disappointed

I booked this hotel via Expedia, I was trying to check in and that room had really very bed smell of smoking so I asked to replace the room and the second room was also same. So I didn't check in and asking for the refund but my refund request was not approved. But for sure, this accommodation was very bad and I must get the refund as I did not use this facility due to poor conditions.

The bathroom was disgusting.
The phone did not work.
Plugs were out.
Internet was okish
The room smelt damp

The hotel is located in Sadar area which is some kind of downtown Karachi and very crowded area. So if you are looking to be in the heart of Karachi I recommend Crown in hotel.
Not very clean and tidy but is it worth the price you are paying.
The have friendly staff, especially a guy named Raahet. He was very kind and helpful to me.

My experience at hotel crown inn was great I stayed couple of nights here staff behavior is outstanding specially reception team I only dial 223 and tell them what I need and it's done best hotel in saddar

Let me be honest. Judged by the pictures I expected a more clean hotel and room. Anyway I only needed a place to sleep while in town so it was a good choice.
My room smelled heavily of cigarettes, it was kinda disgusting. I didn’t book a smoker room. Breakfast was not good at all.
The staff though was very pleasant and helpful. Big shoutout to them for making my stay comfortable anyway.

Centrally located with easily accessible shopping district at walking distance. Good eateries around. Lot of transport available nearby.
