Buena locación, buen desayuno, la habitación muy pequeña
Pros:

Su capacidad para atender una necesidad particular, ya que necesité que me pongan en el congelador un gel que uso para llevar medicinas frías y fueron muy profesionales
El desayuno genial.
El colchón un diez.

Cons:

La habitación muy pequeña, sin duda dos personas no entraban, no había lugar para poder abrir la maleta, ni siquiera para una.

Very convenient location, easy access to shops, restaurants, sightseeing

Cons:

Small rooms, min vegetarian food options. Rooms were surface clean. Corners untouched in areas by the windows.

Cons:

Way to much noise all night long. Dont stay here if you want to sleep. These rooms that face the plaza are terrible feels like you are sleeping in the street.... nosie, cars, horns, people screaming etc...

Good for short stay
Pros:

Great location in the middle of Casco Viejo. The restaurant upstairs took quite a while to server our food, but it was delicious. Breakfast was great and also delicious.

Cons:

The staff was not so friendly and sometimes rude. There were always long faces and side-eyes whenever we requested any kind of help from the staff, except for the people helping you with your luggage to the room.

I was disappointed in my fairly expensive room but will keep my reservation for next week.
Pros:

Nice clean room good size. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed a late lunch in your restaurant.

Cons:

The room 1. .lacked a comfortable chair (only a desk chair was in the room 2. no creamer, suger, sweetener, or spoon for coffee, making the coffee unusable, 3. no pen or paper for messages. The window was so high I couldn't see out of it. We arrived 50 min before the 3 pm check in, and our rooms were not available. That wasn't a big deal, since we needed some lunch, but a slightly early check in would have been nice.
