Perfect location
Pros:

Fantastic location, lovely rooftop pool and bar/restaurant. The spectacular Easter week parades went right past the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good but not amazing. Breakfast staff very friendly and attentive. Food from dinner menu was delicious. Nice shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. 2 small bottles of water provided in the room per day. Airport pickup and drop off were excellent and a good decision during Easter week when local roads are closed ($40 each way). Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Both robes provided were very dirty, looked like a previous guest had used them to remove makeup and then they hadn’t been cleaned. The wall between rooms was not soundproof and I could clearly hear the guests next door (but this is an old hotel, which is part of its charm). Door staff attempted to charge me $100 minimum F&B spend for a table on the front terrace one evening until I was able to convince them I was a hotel guest. $14 was charged on my final bill for a chocolate bar I did not take from the minibar, although this was removed from the bill without fuss when I disputed it.

Acogedora, histórica y cómoda.
Pros:

El equipo está muy bien preparado para atender los huéspedes. Mi mayor interacción fue con el personal de las tareas: Génesis, Arelis, t María, de la zona de bar, son muy profesionales y atienden de una manera fabulosa. El señor Celso, supervisor, siempre muy amable y presente.
La habitación con vista a la Catedral es una belleza. Muy bien cuidada. El ruido de la plaza podría molestar a algunos, pero en mi caso yo me lo disfruté como parte de la experiencia cultural de estar en el casco histórico.
La terraza con la piscina es fenomenal, vale la pena tomarse un trago o un café al lado de la piscina.
El desayuno es excelente. Buena variedad, con presencia de los generales de frutas, pan, etc. Pero con presencia de comida típica, que le da un plus.

Cons:

La posibilidad de hacer late checkout, desde el principio estuve pendiente de que lo gestionaran, pero solo se puede hacer dentro del mismo hotel. Para asegurarlo tuve que pagar una noche extra, que al final no usé porque solo debía salir más tarde de la habitación.

Pros:

Me gusto mucho la ubicación

Cons:

La atención de la señorita del mesón donde se hace el checkin fue pésima. Y fue lo mismo al momento de hacer el checkout. Mostro super mala actitud, cero interés en responder dudas, a fin de cuentas mala disposición. La verdad me sorprendió que tuvieran a una persona así en ese lugar que es general donde el cliente pide ayuda.

Cons:

- extremely bad attitude receptionists especially Alfredo (and Priscilla): we did not receive a welcome or goodbye greeting, he looked very angry and over-stressed, he did not ask us any questions (f.e. on how our stay was), made loud military style commands from his side desk “sign document”, “go there”,etc. Unfortunately this is not the level of hospitality we were expecting. As you can imagine we did not feel very welcome at this hotel.
