Pros:

Good things: Hotel Located in a really good area. Lounge, bar and restaurant are cute.

Bad things: The Manager at the front desk not helpful at all, really bad customer experience. We just avoided the argument, it was holidays.

Suite room not worth it. A bit small and in a dark corner of the building. Not recommended at all.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The service was fantastic and the rooms were perfect. We tried every restaurant in the hotel and the food was amazing every time! We will be coming back soon.

The hotel did not send transport to pick us from the airport as duly booked and confirmed. When we asked the head of transportation, he was extraordinarily rude. The manager refused to talk about it and said just talk to reception. The hotel illegally deducted transport cost from my $400 deposit, even though it was never sent and we came in a taxi. The rude attitude spoiled the stay even though the hotel was great in other aspects.

The jacuzzi in the room was terrible. Many, many times I tried but could not get it to work. Maintenance came multiple times, but they too had a hard time getting it to work.

wonderful hotel for any type of stay
Pros:

Great hotel in the middle of Casco Viejo. Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. Really close to a lot of things to visit and/or eat at. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet.
