Excelente servicio y atención! Nada que ver con los comentarios negativos que tiene el hotel
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento siempre, tuve un problema con mí el pago de la tarjeta con mí banco y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme aún cuando ya había pasado un mes desde mí estancia y siendo q a ellos no les afectaba en nada, me ayudaron y resolvieron el asunto. La comida fue excelente, siempre fresca y variada, la habitación amplia y cómoda y siempre limpia (hay q solicitar la limpieza al momento de hacer el checkin) el club de playa fue un excelente refugio para nosotros que viajábamos con muchos chicos, es un espacio techado muy grande donde estuvimos a resguardo

Cons:

La única "critica" es que nuestro ventanal daba al este y no se puede tapar la luz del sol completamente con la cortina (es un blackout) por lo tanto todos los días entraba claridad y a algunos de nosotros nos despertaba.

lugar hermoso y excelentes desayunos y cenas, hermosa piscina
